Chapter 129: Dinner Arrangement

Niel called the chef without delay.

"Make some arrangement for me tonight," He told the chef directly to the point.

"Sure, what kind of arrangement do you want, Mr Anderson? And where is the venue?" Chef Kevin replied.

"At my penthouse, on the top floor, inside the observatory. Make something sweet for a couple. Prepare a cake, a flower bouquet and should I buy some gifts..." Niel wondered to himself.

Upon hearing that, Chef Kevin knew right away that the arrangement must be for Haylee. There were no other girls that Niel would bring to the penthouse apart from Haylee. She was the only one and still the only one even after months. It was clearly known by almost all Niel's employees inside the Anderson Grand Plaza building that Haylee had been living with him for over nine months now. At some point, they had all assumed that Haylee was Mrs Anderson as if she was Niel's official life partner.

"Is it a proposal, Mr Anderson?" Chef Kevin bravely asked, pretending as if he needed more
