“YOU RASCAL!” DEMON King Lucifer the Prideful aimed his jagged teeth towards Damon. No ounce of filial piety could be hinted from his action as he aimed for his son’s jugular.

Damon, who was quite used to this shitty, parenting etiquette, did not take it to heart. Both of his heart and mind lingered to one person instead – his lover. It was a wrong move for his part and it was proven later than expected when Damon flew from his spot after a humungous set of paws kicked the back of his head. He failed to remember that like him, his father could teleport as well.

‘Damn it!’ Damon groaned at the back of his restless mind. Right there and there, he knew that he could not afford to worry for Maleficent when his very life was at stake. He consoled himself with the fact that at least his lover was loved by her father so perhaps he would not beat the shit out of her like what his father was doing to him now.

“Woops!” Damon

The moment the blue-scaled dragon loomed over the frozen Damon, she shapeshifted into a blue-haired woman with an equally bluest pair of eyes. Bubbles surrounded her and the wide-eyed Damon. Glossy lightest blue eyes stared at Damon as her lips quivered. Her face was akin to a celestial being. Cheekbones as prominent as her nose paired with an elegant set of aqua-colored brows, it was such a wonder how his mother ended up with the humungous five-tailed wolf beast.“M-Mom?” Damon was sure that he screamed the word at the back of his mind yet it only came out from his lips as a whisper.Upon his call, the tremble beneath her azure gaze doubled. The first drop of tear finally fell. A hushed voice lulled him. “Son?”It had been too long since Damon saw his mother. Memories were the lightest necessity for the young Damon as he fought to survive within his father’s domain. As he grew up, he comforted himself with her memories &ndash

Damon heaved as his eyes were alert. Right after he bolted from his parents’ line of sight, he found himself back at the arena. Mountains of bodies littered his line of vision as his head wandered from left to right, hoping in earnest to sense his lover within his radius. But to no avail, he could not sense her demonic aura which earned a set of gritted molars from the halfling prince. He could not contain the boiling frustration within him. Would it always be like this for him? One time he was at the top of the cloud nine and the next thing he knew he had hit the rock bottom. For him, he was back to the dark times when he had lost her. Back then, he lost her from a scumbag of an angel. Now, he had lost her to the person that she held dear. Would he be able to kill the grand duke of the Nether World in his state?‘I will die trying,’ Damon answered at the back of his restless mind. In a frenzied state, Damon trudged beyond the piles of ashes and corpses. Lit

“I’m sorry a what? Because I am sure as heck that I totally misheard you, dude.” Levi the Envious forced a chuckle from his lips. His sapphire eyes fixated to the angel in their midst. The colors in his face started to fade away as time started to stretch when the apprentice angel was yet to answer his wavering question. Silence meant yes indeed. “Holy fucking shit.”Merlin rolled his eyes once more from the halfling’s antics. “Using the ‘h’ word? How original.”Maleficent put Merlin and Levi’s bickering at the back of her mind. Even Damon froze from his big bear hug from her back. She could tell by how his beating heart went frantic against her back that he was listening to Apollo Sky – though Damon did not budge from his position. His hold against her was still tight and comforting.“Where are your father and the others?” Maleficent asked. She tapped Damon’s arms, signali

You should see it for yourself!” This statement earned him his freedom to breathe freely the misty air of the Rancid City. Levi the Envious was busy breathing a sigh of relief that he failed to notice the grins from Maleficent the Glutton and Damon the not-so Prideful’s face.Maleficent the Glutton knew that her mother could calm down her father. On the other hand, Damon trusted the strength behind his mother’s voice before he bolted away from her. Both Maleficent and Damon knew that the next time they would meet their mothers; they had to give them a big thumbs up. Upon the beam of light which was followed by the surge of a red-flamed demonic aura and a celestial aura, five pairs of eyes shifted to the direction where the source of the sudden disruption came from.IT WAS SYLVIA THE ANGRY who spoke first. She stood at the highest peak of the crumbling pagoda. Her gaze shifted from the location where she last saw Maleficent the Glutton and to her east which she left the demon lords. “Shit,” said Sylvia the Angry under her breath. It would be impossible for the demon lords to not notice the clash of two polar opposite auras inside their domains. At the back of her mind, she knew that her task had screwed up the last minute.Jumping from the pagoda which was at least a hundred meters from the surface, Sylvia the Angry raced to the east. She used her left index finger and thumb to blow a whistle – a signal for her familiar. On cue, the piles of ashes and mountains of corpses she ran past by shook

Maleficent the Glutton was wide-eyed for a good moment. Her emerald eyes remained unfocused. Without blinking her eyes, her eyes remained transfixed to the three silhouettes beyond the cocoon of translucent red-colored wall of demonic energy. Crimson droplets dripped to the ground as her fists remained clenched. Her jaws locked while her mind went into a complete overdrive.A deep sigh of relief not of her own broke the tensed silence between Maleficent the Glutton, Merlin the Necromancer, and Levi the Envious. It was the latter who sighed after recovering from the initial shock of being both protected and attacked at the same time with only a miniscule minute interval. Levi the Envious cleared his throat before he tapped his chest. “If we were hit by that celestial energy, we would have been dead meat.” He turned to Maleficent.Maleficent was too deep in her mind that she failed to hear Levi’s statement. Instead, she muttered under her breath. &ldquo

The moment the beam of light invaded Damon’s line of vision, his instinct kicked on. Though he did not know anything about a wizard’s space magic, he knew one thing and that was the fact that they got a grumpy arch angel inside the magic ball. His lover’s face flashed in his mind in a split second – Maleficent. Without thinking further, Damon opened both of his palms. This action of his did not leave unnoticed from the apprentice angel, Apollo Sky, who frowned upon seeing the runes around the halfling prince. Not minding the reaction of Apollo Sky the Loyal, Damon used the fraction of a minute interval to call for his demonic runes. Though he could not shapeshift, he could still make use of his demonic aura to protect her. “Go!”As soon as he fisted his hands, the circling red-colored runes around his hands spread like waves around him. Since these waves were not meant to harm but to protect, the surge of demonic waves of magic from

“Why are you with a demon-spawn, Apollo Sky?”On cue, two heads snapped to the source of the chilly voice. As the beam of light vanished into thin air, what remained before them was the emotionless arch angel – Michael the Loyal. His hands were inside his unstained white-colored cotton pants as he cocked his head while waiting for the answer of his son. Michael the Loyal did not even spare the demon prince a second glance as if by merely looking at demon prince was a big insult for his divinity.Damon could not help but scoffed from the clear display of racism from the being that was supposed to be the most righteous one among all the other races of the worlds. The irony! Crossing his arms before him, he cocked his head as well, gaze transfixed to the arch angel. He was getting his middle finger ready should the oh-so-righteous Michael would look at his direction.“Father, it is high time for us to talk,” said Apollo Sky after swall

A deep and warm voice vibrated within her, muting the wicked one. The voice continued, "Remember, amidst the painful memories you have, you have bright ones as well. For every step you take back you forward thrice the distance from the past. Why? Because you have us and we have you. You are not alone anymore.""I.. I am not alone anymore?" "Remember...
