Chapter 7 MATING

My lord, Dear, don't you think it is time you rest for the day? Eve's hands ran through the hair of Alpha Alex, trying to break him free from the tight grip of his hands over Nora's waist as they danced to the melody's beat that echoed in the hall… Giving Nora enough space to escape.

Excuse me…she murmured and walked straight to her tin room….

“Whore” she heard the omegas whisper as she brushed past them. She stared at them, intentionally rolled her eyes, and rushed down the corridor.

“Make sure you go head down the corridor, and to your left is your rat room remember to come out here afterward to clean the left over from the guest, and when you are done cleaning, you can freshen up…..Alpha Alex will soon demand of you to peel off your flesh from your tonight display of shame…another omega shouted”.

She nodded in affirmative but in her mind, she reckoned not to go. Somehow, she reassured herself that whoever it was that assigned this little omega to talk to her this way would not kill her if she disobeyed;  the worst would be his usual punishment. She left her rat house to go skirt the kitchen for leftovers from the party. She had intentionally skipped lunch because she was ignoring Alpha Alex, and thankfully, he didn't bother her, and neither did his little omegas, maybe because of the guest's presence. Her stomach grumbled again and she hastened her food search. There was no leftover food from the party so she settled for pastries. Fries, cheese, doughnuts, burgers, chicken nuggets, and unsweetened cream yogurt from the droppings used to entertain guests. She did take all her time because she least expected to see anyone, nobody except the chef enters the kitchen, maybe sometimes her, especially because of her new fate as the maid. Since it's such ungodly hours of the night everyone was exhausted from the party. She walked almost blindly with her eyes concentrated on the food she had gathered. Survival skills made her pack so much. She needed enough food that last her the remaining days in case Alpha Alex and his little omegas decided to continue the torment, according to his words “her punishment”

Damn! She hit a wall, oh it's not a wall but a hard- flesh, her eyes peeked at the face and saw that the body belonged to a man, “Alpha Ryder.” The same person that had taunted her with a dreaded dance and caused everyone to stare at her like an Alien or, as the omegas describe her, “ a whore”.

Her mind goes numb, could this day get any better? She froze rooted to the ground as different radiating emotions hit her all at once. Her wolf was uncontrollably frenzy from the touch. She was all over her head screaming her throat out. The joy of seeing this man overwhelmed her wholly. She hadn't felt her wolf so excited like this for a long time. Especially since Alpha Alex started maltreating her after his mother's death. She almost shouted. She was full of excitement that her wolf was again happy. Amidst the tangles of this fantasy, his musky aftershave scent of sandalwood vinegar filled her nostrils. And as he opened his mouth to speak, his hot whiskey breath fanned her neck. Her mouth watered instantly as she leaned even closer, welcoming his sweet Arora present.

Like seriously, girl! She internally scolded herself, but for what she couldn't explain, it was difficult to pull away from him. His soft six-pack chest pressed against her breast, igniting long past flammable desire. He held her so close that she could feel his breath touching her forehead slightly, and she could see his piercing eyes among the shadows, staring directly at her breast curves. He raised her and slammed her gently against a wall, his hands cushioning the back of her head. Everything was so fast, that she didn't have time to catch her breath or think. She tried staring directly into his piercing eyes, but it wasn't possible. To console herself, she ran her hands through his full hair before their lips met, followed by a hungry rush, mumbling, and intense passion. It reeled off his anger and apology that made her question if he was angry for leaving him to dance with Alpha Alex. Then he sure didn't know what to vex his anger or jealousy on. She should be the angry one; Alpha Ryder left her without a trace or word and crawled back into her life to claim her. With the fash of memories, she tried to break free from the tension but her wolf failed her, responding in the same hunger and intensity Alpha Ryder's body demanded to be pleasured.
