Chapter Forty Five

Jim-Bob passed her on to Lincoln who was quieter but still told her his story, when he saw what she was doing he put out the word and at their first stop some of the Truckers sat with her and gave her their stories too. The word soon got around and when Lincoln passed her on to Marvin he took her into a large International Publishers in San Francisco they loved what she had already done and offered her a huge contract there and then, which was unheard of but they saw the potential of a series of the books. She handed over what she had already done to be proofread along with the pictures made into the first two books of the series. When she left the meeting they told her to keep sending in what she finished and they would do the rest. Lincoln bought her a bottle of champagne to celebrate with and then passed the news on to all the other Truckers.
