Recovering

In the Bianchi mansion, Lola is slowly recovering from the poison. She opened her eyes slowly, only to close them again as she felt like pins were prickling her eyeballs.

"Ah..." she groaned with discomfort.

Simone who was beside her was instantly alerted.

"Lola, my daughter. You are awake. Thank the gods that you recovered. How are you feeling now?" he inquired with concern.

Lola's head is feeling heavy and her body is aching everywhere.

"Dad" she whispered. Her voice is barely audible.

Russell already instructed Simone on what to do. Immediately he picked up the water which had medicine mixed into it and offered it to Lola.

"My dear, drink this. You will feel better" he said and placed the glass near her lips. She greedily drank the entire glass, feeling thirsty. After she finished the glass, her throat felt much better and the heaviness inside her head started to feel better.
