Breaking Bond-I

Starvos who had stepped forward scared her more and more. It was the same fear one would have when seeing a person who was presumably called dead coming back to the living. He was standing as though his organs hadn’t been destroyed by the poison. The blood stains were still there yet he looked fine.

“Impossible! Impossible!” Betty shouted in fright. “It makes no sense! You were dying! Then why are you alright now?! This makes no sense!”

Starvos didn’t reply and instead grabbed her by the wrist. Betty who was too surprised to know couldn’t help but lower her guard. Her wrist was shattered to powder at once when Starvos tightened his grip, causing for her to release her grip on the scythe she held. As the loud clank echoed from the falling scythe, Starvos picked them up in a languid movement.

“You! You are not a simple werewolf!” She shouted, trying to remove herself from him but his tight hold was too strong for her to break away from. She screamed again, “No one told me about this!
