Rose couldn’t describe the reason for the man’s trust in her but she didn’t feel flattered at all. Her heart was heavy at the thought of how Dominic was running out of breaths. She had questions she needed answer from but she didn’t want to ask it now. She was pretending to inquire the sorcerers questions just to push the time longer.

After closing her eyes she then said, “Let me talk to him again.”

Rose bent down to hold Dominic’s hand and she whispered gently beside his ears while holding her quivering breaths, “Everything will be alright. Everything.”
