Leo passed out and had not come around yet. He was not dead but I could not explain how I took him out by just scratching him.The taste of his blood was still in my mouth.I could not help but want more of his blood.

I craved blood and I contemplated killing Leo but I resorted to keeping him alive.I had plans for him.I needed his blood for a much bigger purpose than my thirst.

Mandy had however been a real pain.She drew attention to me by being a real pest.She had used every opportunity to come knocking at the door despite my strict instructions to not be disturbed.

The thought of her on the other side of the door angered me. I looked at Leo on the bed and he seemed to be recovering. His fever had gone down and he had opened his eyes once or twice and drank water. That was a good sign, I thought.
