CHAPTER SEVENTY ONE

I woke up late and the first thing I felt was her presence in the room, apart from the mild Alpha female vibes Emily gave off on a normal day she also had a unique scent.

A mixture of Amania and Jasmine, something I would recognize anywhere as Emily's scent.

That scent permeated the whole room now, and even before I saw her or recognized her wolf, I already perceived the perfume.

"I know you are awake" said her voice.

She was most likely on the bed on the other side of the room, sitting on the bed that my wayward roommate had but never used.

I heard her phone ring and then she picked the call.

"Yes she is awake. You can come now" she said to whoever was on the other side before she clicked the call off.

There was a tense silence as we waited for whoever had been on the receiving end of the call.

My door opened and several pairs of footsteps walked in. There was Bryan and Joshua, then Achu, Anthony and Karis. Then the door closed shut.

"They are here" said Emily as she rose from the b
