CHAPTER FOURTY TWO

I saw him the day after. I was on my way to the gym when he joined me. He also had on his gym clothes and had a bag slung over his shoulder.

I ignored him the entire time, any sudden word or movement from him and I was sure! was going to hit him.

I was about to enter the gym when he grabbed my arm and pulled me aside. I tried pulling my arm over and over but he ignored me and walked for a while.

We went to the next building where he brought a VIP card and swiped at the door before it opened, then he led me inside.

He let go of my hand after the door and closed, then led me past several of the doors.

It was evening so I wasn't sure but there were name tags of Commanders written in bold letters on each door as we passed. We got to the fourth where his name was written then he swiped again with a key card and let us in. He switched on the light and I saw that we were in a gym.
