After Jace left the room, all I could feel was pure hatred for him. He caused all of this I was feeling and now he was coming back saying he wanted to fix the relationship.

"Never, it was never going to work!" I gazed at myself in the mirror as hot tears streamed down my face. I was determined to make him pay for the harm he did to me, for almost killing me and for making me hate him so much.

I crouched down in pain when I saw vivid images of his ill treatment began to show in my head.

I wanted to be strong but I couldn't stop myself from sobbing continuously. I was a human being and the pain I was feeling couldn't be described.
