 Ya! Ask" Magixtio replied in a calm tone. 

" So, I will be asking a couple of questions to you, are you okay with that? " Vis straightforwardly asked.

" Well, let me hear the questions. "

"Okay, the first question — just what is the God system? " Vis asked with a serious tone in his voice. 

"Well, then, let me say this to you — the God system was made by different High-Gods to determine the abilities of one in a million talents, that includes humans from Earth or Betsuno Orbis Terrarum, even creatures of different parallel worlds like elves, skeletons and others. The God system is something you say, 'The Heaven's blessing or the Hell's curse', in other words it is a, double-edged sword." 

"What? A double edged sword? Please explain yourself! "

" Vis, you are one of the selected beings, and it's thanks to your intelligence - it  brought the Gods to be interested in you, what could be so better than the power bestowed by the Gods themselves only. On the other hand, the disadvantage is that, you can also die by the immense power bestowed by the Gods, in other words, it is indeed an opportunity once in a lifetime, at the same time a double edged sword according to your actions! " Magixtio explained to Vis. 

"I understand, Magixtio. My next question - what are the requirements of activating the God system and how did I end up activating it? " 

" You see, different beings and people have different requirements to activate it. In your case, I suppose, it activated when you said the name, 'The 7 deadly sins' inside your mind, coincidentally activating the skill and unlocking the God system at the same time. In fact, the condition was that — it would activate when you used any skill, which was level 15 or above for the first time." 

"Makes sense. Anyway, my next question - why did I level up immediately? Also from 1 to 15? " 

"It was simply because of the skills and your status, they were already leveled up. In contrast, you have gained the experience (exp) to level up too, from using the skills, which was required to level up." 

"Why did my fate ended up like that, on Earth? Was that the Gods' doing?" 

Magixtio was dumbfounded, he didn't expect the boy to ask such a question after asking such native-wit and simple questions to him. 

His mind only sought to find an answer to the question," Did I underestimate him? Is he too smart? Why did the Gods...?" 

Indeed, it was the Gods that caused such fate for Vis, forcing him to live a beggar's life, not a happy peaceful life, but that was not the issue, it was why? 

Magixtio was still silent, but the silence was soon broken by Vis.

" Fine. I guess, there are some things you cannot answer too. My next question — what is the purpose of the God system other than bestowing power? " Vis sighed and put his hand on his forehead, styling his messy hair. 

" You caught me, man. The God system is in fact the system conferred by the Gods to make the chosen users to become a participant of the God system tournament — the God system tournament is a tournament which includes the participants, ahem! — The users of the god system, to indulge themselves into fights. The last man standing will be granted any three wishes — even it is a wish about being the man of immense wealth or even being a God or a man with a harem or even becoming the king of all beings. So which one of these do you want to choose? " Magixtio replied reluctantly.

" Huh!... These are all silly wishes. I dunno about the wish I'm gonna ask, either way, I have already defeated a God system user, right? Mr. Mobixtio, or shall I call you, the God of darkness and the embodiment of all evil, Whiro? " Vis confronted Magixtio like a snake does before eating its favorite preys— warm-blooded preys (e.g., rodents, rabbits, birds.)

"W-W-What nonsense are you spurting out, have you lost your mind?" Magixtio replied being freaked out — there was only thing, he was thinking, " Impossible, it can't be....how did he ? "    

" Cut the scrap! Did you think I would believe you, fool! I am the Demon King, Asmodeus! I know every single thing about you!"

" There was a thing you did not tell me, right? That the main-Gods will send a God, according to the person's personality, right shocked? Anyone who dares to mess with me must be... DEAD!!!!!"

" Tch! Tch! Lmbo, fuck!!!! HAHAHAAAAAA, I don't want to redo the same mistake again, I am a monster, a monster — a bastard monster no had ever seen!! I will fuckingly kill anyone, I don't care who that bastard is!!!!!! " Vis laughed as he looked up towards the roof of his room, as same as a 'mujabihan agma ( Eng: merciless demon )'

" Calm down, man! You're really intelligent!!! What an interesting man you're and as well, a terrifying Demon-hearted, cold- blooded, and handsome folk!" Whiro exclaimed at the scene, which almost passed him out. 

30 minutes after, 

The Royal Arena 

" Now, the final bout— you were all waiting eagerly for — Vis Duolis vs Charlotte Richmond!!!!!"   

Two figures entered the arena, indeed they were Vis and Charlotte. The spectators were vigorous. They stared at Char's beautiful well-maintained body with lustful eyes — well, this was what we call love at first sight, but this love was not that kind of love, it was lustful love. But little did they knew that Char was engaged!

Well, this was obviously anticipated to be coming. No one except the King, Vis, Char, Dux and few loyal Royal members knew about Vis's and Char's engagement.

This was totally a scam for them....

Vis and Char advanced towards each other, pausing at the same time when there was about a 5-meters distance left betwixt them.

" On the right side is the knight that disperses any enemy to kneel before him though, is utterly enigmatic, guess,who is it? Of course—Vis, the third son of our majesty. He showed us a hard to swallow performance, in the past bouts, nevertheless it was real and we'd to accept it.His performance was a unique one of course, so much that it left us to be in awe.

On the left side is the beauty that makes even the most handsome man to fall in love with her, the most difficult enemy to admit defeat, yes — it is Charlotte, the sole daughter of the Duke of Richmond."

"Who will be the winner, Vis or Charlotte? Will Charlotte's spirit or Vis's trump card ? Let us all support them!!!!" Drake  

promulgated to the huge audience.

However, the crowd only screamed Charlotte's name.....not Vis's name...

The reason itself was simple, even though Vis was the third prince — any person, whether be it a beggar or a king if he/she cannot show the world his/her capacities, then they were considered useless, this was the main morale that circulated the whole Human Empire.

Charlotte was a prodigy — she was beautiful, strong and rich, so she proved her capacity already to the world. 

Why would not they shout Charlotte's name ? 

Vis was handsome, rich but in the eyes of others he was a weak filthy rich naive-ass boy. This was the reason why people disliked him! 

Sigh! 

"Stupid humans! " Vis muttered. 

"Both of the combatants,be ready! 1, 2...3...begin!" Drake roared.

Char and Vis stood at their respective positions, creating a utter silence around the arena.

Char broke up the silence, as she spoke up," Darling! Are you really going to fight me!Please surrender! You can get into the main competition,either way! Why waste your talent by fighting me?" She put in a lot of feelings in the sentences and did a beautiful acting by making facial expressions 

But sigh!

Well, she had got the wrong opponent, because Vis knew this was all a drama.

"Same to you" Vis replied rather casually but, that was not the end, he also added, "Do you think, I am a dumb-ass, you wicked witch! Fight me if you dare! Pff! "

Boo! 

Char gritted her teeth in response.

What a scene! 

Vis had successfully completed his mission— he was a cautious boy, he knew that Char was short-tempered, so he planned to provoke her, by telling her the truth, indeed.

Vis grinned and spoke up," Come at me, with everything you've got! I will take it head-on! You understand, right ? I'm sick of being your darling! Am I right, Mrs.traitor or shall I call you Mrs. God system user!" 

Char frowned, she didn't expected Vis to know her schemes, so quickly. But she still gathered a little aplomb and pulled off slangs to Vis, " Fuck! I was just acting so that I can defeat you easily! You bastard, just see!" She roared out loud.

Whizz!

She rushed towards Vis at a fast pace, in a blink of a eye, to land a punch directed towards his stomach ; this attack was known as 'Rush and punch' — it was an exclusive attack for spirit-type elementalists, it required the user to borrow a little physical energy from any spirit's soul. Well, it had its own disadvantages too — first of all it consumed a lot of mana and lastly it lowered the spirit's overall physical performance.

Eek! Whoosh! 

Vis dogged the attack like he was dogging an attack of an infant, in fact to provoke her more. And that's what happened — Char was pissed off, and did what Vis wanted, indeed she summoned a spirit — not a normal one though, her most strongest spirit and over that a blue spirit!

There were 5 types of spirits in total distinguished by colors, in ascending order, according to their respective powers — pink, blue,yellow, green and purple spirits. 

The first was 'pink spirits' or in other words the most normal and common spirits found in that world. Pink spirits were called 'The spirits of defense', indeed as the name suggests, the spirits could manifest different kinds of barriers, walls or even a sphere but no larger than 5-metres radius.

The next were the blue spirits, they were also known as "The spirits of Time". They harnessed the power to 'stop' time for 5 seconds. Everything and everyone, no matter what that thing or how much strong he or she was, except the user and the spirit, if he or she was within 5-metres radius, then they will be stopped for 5 seconds.

The next were 'Yellow spirits' — 'The spirits of illusion'. They could cause enemies to see simple or even complex illusions like making a powerful being appear before them or even dying, well but it drained a lot of mana and worked only if the enemy(s) was within a 10 metres radius. 

After them, were the 'Green spirits' or 'Healer type-spirits', in fact they were mostly owned by healers just like that lady, who healed Lienne's cut-off arm. They were known as " The spirits of healing" — their power was simple and at the same time powerful — they could heal wounds and also undo a person's or an animal's cut-off body part.

 Last but not the least, were the most rare and most powerful spirits, 'The Purple spirits' ; the supreme spirits ; in other words, they were known as 'The spirits of life', the purple spirits were the spirits who could control life and death itself ; in fact, the users could also empower themselves by making themselves temporarily (1 minute at best ) two - three times stronger and faster than their normal self. They did so by hosting a purple spirit inside their body, which was extremely tiring and consumed a lot of mana after using it .Therefore, Char summoned 'A spirit of Time'.

The spectators were non-plussed and were in awe, even Drake was too. They were not understanding the conversation at all now, came the mentioning of 'The God system', even Char, who was considered prodigy now became a real life genius, because she summoned a blue spirit — this truly grew their curiousity to an another level — an un-worldly one.

Whoosh !

A blue light, out of the blue, appeared and came a figure from its core — it was 'Aion', Char's blue spirit, he was 5 feet long, he also had long hair, round eyes, and a youthful and proud facial expression.

Charlotte was barely controlling her rage so, out of disgust for Vis, she commanded Aion," Aion, stop the time!" 

But, alas! Before she could do that, Vis spoke inside his mind, " Activate <Black dimension>" A black magic circle formed inward Vis's hand and appeared a black vaccum hole from inside the magic circle, within a blink of an eye. 

Vis grinned and said, " Target: < The blue spirit, Aion>" 

The black vaccum hole dragged Aion inside it ; Aion's body bended to such extent that it inflicted intense pain on his interal soul ; blood ran through his skin ; his bones broke ; and he screamed in agony. 

But!.....Alas.

He was tugged by and by and dragged inside the black hole, much to his reluctancy.

What a pain in the ass! 

Char frowned, the spectators and Drake narrowed their gazes and stared at, Vis with fear, anxiety and respect — simultaneously and at the same time.

Well, of course, the fans of Char, no longer shouted her name and supported her. 

They were looking down on Vis but.... now, HAHAHA!!

And, speaking of the black hole, it disappeared right away, and so did Vis's hand's magic circle. 

Meanwhile, Vis's attention was drawn

 towards a notification that just, a few moments ago, popped up, in front of him. 

*Ding*

'Congratulations!' 'User' has gained a 'blue spirit'. 

Does 'he' wants to use it? 

<Yes/No>

A bolt from the blue, indeed! 

Vis rubbed his eyes, frankly speaking, he literally didn't expected that such a notification, would pop out...out of nowhere. 

Well, but as always, Vis didn't spend his time in thinking, too much. 

It was very common, thing for geniuses to take less time to think, of course — their I.Q was much more than of an average, so it would normally take seconds to think for an appropriate decision, while others would take hours. 

But Vis was a prodigy — a prodigy among all geniuses — a one in a millennium talent. 

So, it would take only microseconds to solve a normal problem and as for, a too difficult and strange problem — it would hardly take a few seconds for Vis to solve it.

Vis took a short breath and replied inwardly, "Yes"

This was the moment, that everyone knew, Vis was not a normal boy, or not a spoiled kid — he was a prodigy among prodigies. 

Rumble!

The sky darkened, black clouds appeared in the sky, covering the sunlight, lightning flashed and thunder rumbled, and in the fullness of time appeared the same black vaccum hole in the sky. 

Well, this was only the beginning, real show started from this exact moment. 

From, inside came the blue spirit that was once or to be specific, a moment ago, Char's — guessed right, it was Aion. 

"Here, the real fun starts!" Whiro remarked. 

Very true!! 

The spectators were as silent as dead, well, you can say that, so was Drake.

Char's head was lightly spinning, she managed to stand still and roared out loud, " You.....you're a monster, this is utterly ridiculous!" 

Drake on the other hand was feeling scared, the oblivious countenance on his face proved that, he spoke up in a tone that matched his current facial expression, that was fear, "That boy....boy is a Chaos Magic userrrr!!"

The spectators and Char were once again in awe as they looked towards Vis. 

Whoosh!!! 

Aion, eventually, landed on the arena and without wasting any time, Vis commanded him, " Stop the time " 

As, if everything and everyone, within 5-metres distance were freezed ; as if time itself left that place, excluding Vis and Aion of course.

The spectators were in awe, once again, while Drake was grinning, and speaking of Char, HAHAHA, she was stopped in the space, without time. 

Vis took this opportunity fully — he said inwardly, "System, blue flames!!!"

His body engulfed in blue flames, but there was no harm to his body, unexpectedly. He ran towards Char!! 

All of a sudden, his brain started becoming full with the information on how to use the blue flames more efficiently and their advantages and disadvantages. But Vis was as calm as a cucumber. 

This had happened to Vis before, indeed, when Vis was 6 years old, one day, out of the blue, his mind was full of information about 'The 7 deadly sins', 'Black dimension' and 'Blue flames', also, he reluctantly practiced them, every night in a near way deserted place, as if his instincts forced him to practice them, without anyone noticing, but this time the methods that were given were much more efficient and powerful. 

In this world, there were two types of flames — elemental and chaos flames . In fact, chaos flames was divided into 3 types or to be specific 3 stages — first stage-blood flames, second stage-blue flames and third stage-the heaven defining black flames, with the third stage being the strongest and first stage being the lowest in terms of power. 

Each of these stages consisted of additional 5 stages, individually — primary, intermediate, advanced, peak and master. The higher was the stage, so was the power of that individual chaos flame.

The moment the spectators and Drake saw the blue flames, their curiosity was piqued again, as they saw the fight.

Vis's body remained unburnt, as the distance between Vis and Char kept on decreasing, until there was nothing betwixt them. 

A leg engulfed in bluish-flames kicked Char's stomach. 

Bash!....Bam! 

Well of, course, it was Vis's leg ; time started to work again, 5 seconds had passed.

Thud! 

The moment, time started to work again, Char's body was thrown, backwards, mercilessly, crashing eventually, 3- metres away at the arena's wall, creating a huge crater on it.  

What a scene to behold!... 

Char was dumb-folded, but that didn't stop there ; she spurted a mouthful of blood and bluish flames engulfed her body completely, from the wound received by Vis's kick . 

"Argh!!!! " 

She screamed out loud, seeing and feeling that her skin was being burnt, alive. She looked at Vis with disbelief as if he was a demon, giving her punishment for her sins that she commited in her life. 

"Vis, please save me, I will do anything for...." She begged Vis with a little hope in her eyes but her sentence was quickly interrupted by Vis's facial expression. 

Char was silenced as, Vis unemotionally rather coldly snorted at her with his silver eyes; eyes of a hidden demon..... no...far greater than that. 

Char's heart sank ; the little hope that was on her eyes, soon perished ; there was only anger in her eyes now, she was completely in vexation, realising there was no way of her survival. 

"Vissssss!!!!" Char screamed again. 

Sigh! 

Vis didn't gave a damn about it, instead he made his last joint of his finger bend against his thumb and suddenly released it ; he actually did a fillip. But, again let me remind you — it was not the end — he ordered Aion, who stood at the arena, like a statue, " Stop the time, Aion" 

After a couple of minutes, 

The Royal Arena

Char was laying on the ground being passed out ; she was beaten almost to death, by Vis, no one stood up for her ; her almost lifeless body was laying on the ground of the arena; blood ran from her eyes to ears, her hands were burnt and crushed, her legs were laying far away from her body. 

Pitiful gazes laid down on her. Vis stood on the arena nonchalantly as if nothing happened. Well, the simple reason was that he was unbothered by it. 

Drake was looking at Char's body, he did a turn and looked at Vis; he just was amazed by Vis's intelligence and chaos talent. Not to mention, his, intimating and ruthless aura. Moreover, Vis beat Char almost to death, and also without breaking any rule, was just a miracle. 

"So, this is end of the preliminary competition — in the first place, is Vis, the second place is of Char and the third place is of Dux" Drake added, " Thank you for watching the preliminary competition! Please come to watch the main competition next week at 'The paradise battlefield'. The winners will be selected for the main competition. I wish them good luck! Those who failed, don't worry, hope they can start anew their life!" 

Drake gave the spectators a little more, speech and then eventually, left the place. 

Vis also left, since their was no damn thing, he could do there, Char's body was also taken away by a healer, as for the spectators, they also left one by one. 

All the participants had gone to their home before and once again, the arena was deserted, leaving only, blood and damage behind. 

Vis was a monster, who surprised everyone with his skills and intelligence.

A true monster, indeed!!...
