Chapter four: rescued by my mate

(Cathy's pov)

      I left my room heading towards where the assembly will be held

The assembly is being held two blocks from here and Maxwell will be waiting for me at the bottom floor of the first year students block

I have been walking down the stairs for a while now and I seemed to be lost

I walked passed some few students but I was too afraid to ask for directions

Then I saw some kids from my pack and I turned the opposite direction because those kids are part of what made my children so miserable

No day went by without me being tormented by them, they wouldn't stop bullying me in school, on the streets and even at home

They picked on me any time they see me and I just pray that they didn't see me this time

But being the children of shifters they have good noses so they sniffed me out

"Hey omega girl" a bitchy blonde girl called out, her name is  Macy but I call her bitchy blonde girl because she is a bitch

I continued walking not wanting to get bullied on my first day at a new school

"Don't run we won't hurt you" another girl called out form the group

They started running towards me and I walked faster and faster until they caught up with me

When they got to where I was then blonde girl hit me really hard on my face

Ouch!! That really hurt I said to myself

"That's for making us run" she scuffed

"Did you also transfer to the college? To do what exactly? To spread your omega disease?" She asked with sarcasm and the others in her group laughed

I just stood there praying that this will be over soon

"So where were you headed omega girl?" She asked after she had finished laughing at her previous statement

"I am going to the assembly" I replied, I didn't want to reply but I'll get hit if I don't

"Do you think losers like you are needed there?" She said and she and he group laughed again

"Okay we'll see you there if you make it, but first this is your welcome snack" after she said that she started hitting on me and her group members followed

I just curled up on the floor taking all the hits and praying that it'll all be over soon

Then I heard the voice of a boy, the voice carried authority like he was an Alpha "stop!!!"

The voice woke my inner wolf up and my wolf started jumping for joy

I felt an electric shock run through me and the feeling was amazing

Blondy and her group didn't stop at first so he grew annoyed and shifted into a beautiful big dominant white wolf

My inner wolf was scratching at the edge of my mind and was going crazy at the wolf

Macy and her group ran off after he shifted

I stood up and when my eyes met with his my wolf went insane and I let her out

I knew that I was going to get bullied but I didn't expect to meet my mate, like my actual mate

And he so happens to be an Alpha

I shifted into a white wolf, I was surprised because only the wolfs of strong Alphas and Luna get to have a white furred wolf

My wolf was doing things on her own accord, it had a mind of her own 

She walked towards the wolf and intertwined her neck with his, the sensation that followed was amazing

I couldn't believe that I met my mate and my wolf is actually white, the first thing I'll do after this is call my mom

We stayed in our wolf form for a while before we shifted back to human

(Nath's pov)

  We got to the college after two long hours of driving

I didn't bother to look around because I have been here a thousand times

I came here when my eldest brother was graduating and when my second older brother was graduating which was like two years ago

We went to the administrative office to get my supplies and I met with the wolf that was to show me to my room

I'll be staying alone, it's kind of the advantages that came with being the son of an Alpha

I can decide to have a roommate if I want to but nah!!!

I don't want the smell of another boy to be all over my things

I waved my dad goodbye and I turned around to follow the wolf that was appointed to me

We got to the block for first year students And started climbing up the stairs

We got to the third floor and was walking through the hallway to my room

I could here people talk about me being the next to be Alpha of the blood moon pack

To me it wasn't a big deal but to them it was, especially to the ladies

If I get mated to any of them their families will become very powerful and that's the language the wolves understand 'power'

A wolf can kill a whole pack just for power and dominance

"Does my room have to be here?" I asked the wolf

"I'm afraid so, you'll have to learn to get used to it" he replied

There is no way I can get used to their whispers and chattering

It's really annoying to say the least

We got to the door and I hurriedly took the key to open my door but before I could get in I heard the man say

"Put on your uniform and go for the assembly, believe me you don't want to miss it" then he walked away

I just rolled my eyes then open the door and walked into my room

My room was just like I want it to be

A blue screeding with a picture of a wolf on it

I unpacked my luggage and tore my uniform from its wrap

My uniforms were blue pants, a shirt, a tie and a matching blue jacket

My jacket had a blood moon on it indicating that I am from the blood moon pack, so did my shirt

I put on my uniform and left my room to attend the assembly

When I walked out of my room my wolf became on edge

It started jumping inside of me screaming mate! mate! mate!

I started perceiving a particular scent, the scent of newly bloomed lilies

That scent was driving me crazy, I decided to follow the scent

When I got to where the owner of the scent was, what I saw broke my heart

My mate was being bullied and hit by a bunch of over pampered bitchy wolves

Anger boiled inside of me and I roared "stop!!!" 

But the bitch and her group refused to listen

And that was when my wolf went loose for the first time and I shifted

When the group saw that I had shifted they ran away

I stood there looking at her waiting for her to shift because when we wolf find out mate we would have to be in our wolf form and if the female wolf accepts us as their mate they'll shift into there wolf form as well.

There is usually a ball that is held in the capital of our country every year

It's for shifters who haven't found their mates

The male shifters will come in their wolf form and the females will come in their human form

If the males find their mates they'll have to wait for the females to accept them as their mates

If the females accept they will shift into their wolf form but if they don't they'll stay in their human indicating that they don't like their destined mate

Shifters aren't supposed to reject their mates because the mate bond is a sacred gift from the moon goddess

But some bitchy female wolves actually neglect that fact and reject their mates

And their parents being rich, they arrange a chosen mate for their bitchy daughters.

I waited for a few seconds for her to shift but it seem like it was her first time but finally she did

Her wolf was white meaning that she came from an highly ranked family in the hierarchy

She walked up to me in her wolf form and we cuddled for a while before shifting back to our human form

"I think we need to get going to the assembly before we get punished for being late" I suggested

She nodded and we started walking towards the assembly block.
