“Mom, you always read books and never listen to me. Why do you do that for?” he grunted, pulling at her dress.

“I understand that you want to play. But, you should listen to elders as well.”

Robin looked down at his feet.

“I understand.”

“I’m going.”

He was about to run away from there, but she held onto his hand stopping him on the track.

He didn’t look in her direction.

“Why are you stopping me? Don’t you hate me or something? What are you stopping me for?”.

“Who said I hate you?”.

“I can tell.”

“Aww….”. she picked him up in his arms and stared at his face.

He was not looking at her in the eyes, putting on a pout face.

“Are you angry at mommy?” she asked.

He looked away. “No, why would I be angry?”.

“I am not angry at all.”

“Then why are you not looking in my direction?”.

“Come on. Look at me!”.

He refused to look.

So, she rubbed her cheek against his.

“You see, mommy, likes to spend her time here. So, so you should also respect what others like, understand?”.
