Elle, Julia and Hazel ended up all sleeping in the pack house with all of the rescuees to keep them from having another panic attack. It took hours for anybody to come to a concrete decision on location for the pack. Eventually, the decision was made for them to move to where they thought that the pack would feel safest at. It is the same area that I had proposed as being the easiest to protect them from. Figuring out how long to wait to move there, that was yet another issue. Before Frank is able to continue his story, Dante gets back with our food and drinks. He helps us all get situated with our food while Frank still has a bright smile on his face. Watching him relive these memories really helps put into perspective the love that they had for each other. Maybe not at this point in the story but eventually there was plenty. I cannot imagine how much of a shock it must have been for him to find out about werewolves in this fashion. I was lucky enough to grow up knowing about them. The shock for me was the fact that I was also part witch. I might have come to terms with it now but I remember reading my grandmother's letter for the first time and learning that I was more than just a normal werewolf. I had been using some of my witch powers all along without ever realizing it. I just thought that I was an odd werewolf that could also turn into a cardinal. I did not know that I could turn into almost any animal with my magic.When I first got the letter from my grandmother saying that I was part witch, I was more than shocked to learn that the reason my parents had been killed was because of my existence. Simonetta rushes towards me using wind to guide her speed. It is not enough to throw me off guard though and I shove a wall of dirt up in front of me. She almost crashes into it before she is able to skid to a stop at the last second. Each team splits up and gets ready to make their way through the obstacle course. They are all going to have to take turns trying to make it through safely. Each team has a designated amount of time before they get elminated. The one that makes it through the fastest and with the least amount of mistakes, will be the ones to win the competition. The course is very similar to the one that we did with the entire pack when we first started training. The one that really got the women moving faster as they fought to make good time through the course to beat the men. This one is just a little more geared towards children and not fully grown adults.Some of the obstacles are smaller to better accomodate their size, some things are closer together and they have even added some new obstacles that would have been difficult for the adults. The first night with the babies was quite a bit of a learning curve. Whenever we put them in their bassinets they just started to cry nonstop until we picked them up again. It took a couple of hours to find out that if we put them into the same bassinet they were able to sleep peacefully and not wake us up.
