First day at work

we spent little time with my family after the meal before going home.

   right now were inside the car going home, I was actually the one driving, I hate driving tho but since today happens to be one of my happiest day I decided to drive.

  chery. who is your boss? Eva asked. I guess she was worried with the way I behaved when mum asked me about my new boss 

 it's ryan.i told her truthfully. I would have told her before now but I was just too happy to remember.

 are you okay? do you want me to tell David to look for another job for you, can you bear being with him under the same roof for like more that 10 hours. I can see Eva looks very worried,

   you  worry too much. I told her smiling.

   but to be honest Eva ,am kinda scared also,I don't know how to cope with him always around.

   so you still love him right?

Eva I need stopped loving him,I have always loved him.

 see Eva listen to me, go to work and behave professional and show him no interest, if he doesn't notice you, then it's his bad luck not to have you, because you are the best thing that could ever happen to anyone.

   okay Eva I get thanks,I love you. I stood up and went to my room,I needed to sleep early so that I can wake up early the next day also.

at exactly 6 I woke up,went to the shower after bathing I came out to my closet brought out what to wear, there is no way am going to dress any how because one, it's my first day at work and two my crush is there,

     after getting dressed I sate in front of my standing mirror to style my hair. after getting dressed I went downstairs ate and told Eva I was going out she offered to drop me.

    I got to work at about 8:30. I entered the elevator pressed the same button I used yesterday,when I got to the reception,the lady from yesterday was not there,so I sate down waiting for her.

   about 5 minutes later I saw her coming towards me.

   I you gone to the boss office? she asked.

  no, I was waiting here for further instructions,I answered her.

  okay oya stand up let's go, she didn't wait for me to stand instead she held my hand and Drew me up with her. she was behaving as tho she is going to sell me off. she knocked once on the door she didn't wait for response she just pushed me in smirked at me and left, such a wired lady I thought.

    the boss was already in his office when I got there, he was sitting just like yesterday looking at the street from his window.

  good morning boss.i greeted him , he didn't answer me but instead he turned his chair towards my direction

   miss the next time you come to work at this time you will face the consequences.he told me ignoring my greetings

    am sorry, sir but he didn't reply he stood up from his chair and came in front of the chair I was sitting on.

    did I tell you to sate down? he asked standing in front of me.

    I was caught off guard with the question,I quickly stood up and apologized to him.

  he looked at me from head to my toe.

   I felt shy because of his gaze that was on me.

  his height was kind of intimating, I only got to his chest, today he was wearing a back purple 3 PC's suit.

  the suit matched with his colour the shape of the suit on him made it look like he was the exact person the tailor made it for.

    He seat down on the desk facing me and asked me to site also, he started telling me what I should be doing, telling me my duty as his PA.

   he started to tell me that he expects to have a cup of coffee on his table at exactly 9 every morning, make sure his files are always in order. tell him of his schedule every morning and it should not be over loaded and I would take all his calls and direct the important once straight to him.

    I kept my head low as I was writing down everything he was telling me to do.

  am I understood? he asked after telling me everything.

  yes sir.. I said standing up from my chair. I was still looking at the floor I didn't want to look at him. it's like he noticed that I was avoiding looking way because he came closer to me and rised my chin up to face me

    lady are you scared of me? he asked looking straight into my eyes , to be truthful I was scared and at some time shy 

    no.......yes sir, I answered him truthfully.

  he left my chin walked to his seat 

    yes, you should be scared of me, because am your boss.he said sitting down.

  he continue to explain to me that my office would be right outside of his and that any other thing I need to know that Emma would tell me, I greeted him and went out.

    how bad was it? Emma asked me immediately I came out from the office.

   very bad ,I answered he honestly he talks to me ask tho he hates me, and the was part is he said I should be scared of him.

    don't mind him, okay? he is a very nice person, you will get to know him soon.

   we closed work at 5, I was raining I thought of calling Eva to come and pick me up because it would be very hard to get cab since it's raining,

  do you need a ride? someone asked I am sure it's Ryan I turned my back and saw him he was getting in his car.

  who won't need a ride . but because of the face I had for him I didn't want seat his a place as small as the car with just the two of us inside.

   no!! am going to call my friend to come pick me.i told him but by now he already drove to where I was standing.

  get in , he said coldly. I won't dare to decline with the look on his face,thank God I haven't called Eva yet.

   all through the ride none of us spoke to each other, Ryan was looking straight at the road, immediately we got to my apartment I got down thanked him and ran inside, Eva heard when the car stopped because before I got the the front door it was already opened and I rushed in.

   ever please I need to go on a date.i told ever dragging her inside the house.

    what? did he asked you out .

   Eva no!!!! he didn't but I think if I get a boyfriend soon I would be able to throw away the feelings I have for him.i told eva 

   okay then, let's fix it by weekend.

that would be nice thanks ever. I pecked her and ran to the kitchen,I need to eat
