Kay looked over at me and looked shocked for a second before she winked. I smirked back before I start to sway my hips against his. He pulls me closer to him and keeps a firm grip on my waist, but not too tight. His mouth is right by my ear and he whispers, "Kyle, my name."
"Bianca," I reply and push back into him. He takes a sharp breath before he starts to move along with me.
"Damn babe you can dance," he whispers in my ear and I smirk.
"I can do a lot of things," I whisper back and he turns me to face him.
"Is that so?" He asks with a slight grin.
"Maybe," I say teasingly and run my hand down his covered chest.
"How about we get a drink?" He asks looking into my eyes, "on me."
"Sure," I reply and he takes us to a high table. "I'll wait here."
He nods before he walks off to the bar. I look around and see Kay is now making out with the black haired guy. Past them in the special VIP section, there is just a few couches and waiters bringing you drinks, I see Leon and the chick he brought with him. He is sitting on the couch with the girl straddling his waist. Her hands are running through his hair as they make out and his are roaming all over her body. I hold back a gag as I see one of his hands run up her leg. My eyes quickly avert away from the disgusting scene and I notice Kyle coming back.
"I wasn't sure what you liked, but you look like a tequila girl," he says setting a small glass in front of me.
"You assumed right," I tell him, "tequila is my favorite." Surprisingly it actually is. When I turned twenty-one Blake bought me so much alcohol, we never finished it. He bought at least five different brands of whiskey, a few brands of rum, probably ten bottles of different wines, same goes for champagne, a six pack of fifteen different brands of beers, and a bunch of tequila. Blake loves tequila so he bought the most of it so he could drink it too. Even though I wasn't going to drink ninety bottles of beer.
"Glad I did," he smiles before sitting down.
"So am I," I smile back and we each take a drink from our glass. Man I love tequila.
After a few drinks each we head back to the dance floor. I have no clue where Kay went but she'll be back soon. My head is starting to feel the effects of the alcohol but I'm barely even tipsy, I can tell Kyle is the same. We go back to the position we were in before, my back against his front and me swaying back and forth. His hands find my sides, resting over the diamond cuts in my dress.
"Bi, time to go," Kay says and grabs my arm. Kyle reluctantly lets go of my waist as Kay drags me away. I look back at him and he looks confused.
"What the hell?" I ask as I pull my arm away from her grasp.
"Your freaking fiancé is here and looks like he doesn't care you are," Kay says as she pulls me to the bar, of course it is right next to the VIP section.
"I know he is," I tell her, "I could care less." I look over at Leon and the chick on his laps. His lips have found there way down her neck and I want to puke again. "He is a dick."
"I can tell," she mutters as she looks over my shoulder. "You need to get him to somehow look at you and kiss the hell out of that guy you were with."
"Make him jealous?" I ask and she nods. I laugh for a few seconds before I look at her, "by the looks of it he won't get jealous."
"Doesn't hurt to try," she tells me and takes my hand, "get on the table and dance."
"What?" I ask in shock as she drags me Kyle.
"Get on that table and dance," she says, "it'll be better if you pretend you are drunk."
I look at her knowing she won't give up on this. "Alright fine, get a good song playing." She smiles as she pushes me to Kyle and runs to the DJ.
"Hello again babe," he smirks as his hands find my waist.
"I wanna put on a show," I tell him and place my hand on his chest. I hear the song change and smirk once I hear what it is. Kyle looks confused but I drag him over to a table. I climb on to the table and smirk at Kay. She requested This is What you Came For by Calvin Harris.
I dance away, thanking Kay mentally for telling me that this is how you do it. After a couple minutes of dancing and a crowd around the table I glance over at Leon to see him staring at me while the girl kisses down his neck. I grab Kyle's arm, lucky that it was in reach, and tell him to come up with me. It took him a little convincing but soon he came up with me. Thankful that the table kept the both of us up, I wrapped my arms around his neck and brought his lips to mine. One of his hands wraps around my waist and the other rests against my cheek. After a minute or so of kissing we pull back and get off the table.
"Sooo sorry but we have to go," Kay smiles while she drags out the 'o'. I look up at Kyle and kiss his cheek before I get dragged by Kay once again. "OMG! Leon Bailey left the club because of you!"
"He really left?" I ask with a smile as we walk outside. Kay tells the valet to get her car and a black Lamborghini pulls up.
"Thanks," a voice, British, says as he takes the keys from the valet driver. Of course Leon was still outside, why wouldn't he be. We make eye contact before he gets in his car and drives off.
"He is so gonna fall for you," Kay gushes as her car pulls to the front, "and hard."
"I don't want to know what is going to lead to that," I tell her as I get in the passengers seat.
"It's going to be like you are in a movie," Kay smiles as she drives off, "I'm going to make sure you make him jealous as hell in these next few months, he's going to want to marry you."
"Who wouldn't?" I joke as I flip my hair over my shoulder. We both laugh as we continue down the road.
My mom decided to be the worst person in the world today. It's been a couple days since the club. The only time I was with Leon was yesterday because we were going furniture shopping. Well if you call looking through my dad's stock shopping. The bonus is we get it for free, I know we are rich but I don't like to spend my parent's money. I get my paycheck and buy what I need for it. Except my parent's won't even let me pay a little rent. Anyway we didn't talk at all. My mom pointed to something and if we both nodded then we got it. We only got enough for the kitchen, dining room, living room, our room, and a office for him. The other rooms we will worry about later. Back to why my mom is the worst? We have an engagement party in two hours. Guess when I found out about it? Five minutes ago! Like what?! I didn't even get to go out and buy a new dress. The parents, both mine and Leon's, said the reason we were told now instead of a few days ago is because they didn't want us to
"Attention!" Leon calls out throughout the large banquet room. We are standing in front of the large crowd, our arms around each other. "Many of you are probably wondering what this party was for exactly, probably even more curious now because I'm speaking. But tonight's party is very special, to me and Bianca here. We'd both like to announce our engagement. We are to be wed at the end of March." After he finished there was a loud applause through the room. Leon and I both smiled as we started to walk through the crowd. Well tried to walk through the crowd. We get stopped by almost everyone, them congratulating the both of us. "Man you didn't tell me you were engaged!" A guy, around Leon's age stops the both of us. Leon unwraps his arm from around me and does a little bro hug with the guy. He pulls away and puts his arm back around my waist. "Oh I'm Grayson Black." He isn't a bad looking guy either. His light brown hair is spiked up in the front with gel, a stubble tha
First night in the new home was, okay. He brought his bed from his loft and placed it in the room across from 'ours'. That's where I slept last night while he slept on his own bed. It's Christmas day. We are going to my parents house this morning and having a brunch there with my family. After that we are going to his parent's house for a Christmas dinner. I got the presents for my family yesterday and he got the presents for his. We just wrote both of our names on them, isn't that what couples do? "Are you ready?" He asks standing in the doorway of our bathroom. I look at him through the mirror and raise an eyebrow. I only have one eye done make up wise. My hair is done but my dress is hanging up on a hook. "Does it look like it?" I snap back, he should know I'm pissed at him. When I said it was an okay first night, I lied. It was awful. Leon is a fucking dick and I really don't want to marry him. Last night was Christmas Eve and he said that he goes out par
Brunch was fun. I got to talk to my cousin, Victor, who is my age. He is Uncle Peter's kid. My mom also has a brother and a sister but they stay live in Colorado, that's where she's from. My dad and Uncle were talking a lot of business, which I hate, with Leon. Uncle Peter actually didn't want to run my dad's business because he wanted to start up his own law firm. It's one of the top in the country. My mom talked to Aunt Teresa and grandma. Grandpa was talking with Blake, about him stepping up to run the business soon. My youngest cousin, Lily was listening to her mom talk. Lily is only eight but she tries to act like an adult. She was a whoopsie baby, but we don't love her any less. I was only sixteen at the time, same as Victor. Aunt Teresa was thirty-nine when Lily was born, making Uncle Peter forty-four. "Presents!" Lily squeals as we all finish our meals. I smile as I chase her into our living room. The large Christmas tree is sitting in the corner lit up with white li
"Tequila?" Kay asks and I nod my head. "Another scotch for you?" Tessa nods her head as Kay gets up from the table. "Be back in a sec." "She is super cool," Tessa says and I smile. "You two are very similar," I tell her, "maybe it's because you are both twenty-two." "So Leon is out tonight as well?" She asks and I nod, "probably doing what he did the other night, oh I'm sorry. I have trouble keeping my mouth shut." "No you are fine," I shrug, "he probably is, that's why I'm here." "I could tell Uncle Liam," she says and I shake my head. "Leon would hate me more than he does," I tell her, "I have to spend the rest of my life with him, unfortunately." "You're lucky he is hot," Kay says setting three glasses on the table. Tequila for myself, a scotch for Tessa, and a combo of alcohols for herself. She always tells the bartenders to put three drinks together and she always drinks them
"Grayson," I say as I shake his shoulders. He groans in his sleep before letting out another snore. "Grayson wake up. I made food." That didn't wake him up either so I went to the kitchen and grabbed a pot and a wooden spoon. I went right next to the couch and banged them together. He jumped up, his eyes wide and alert, while his hand went to his head. "I'm hammered," he mutters as he sits back down. "I'm hungover too, but I'm still going on with my day," I tell him, "I made breakfast. Eggs, bacon, and hash browns." Grayson smiles and heads right to the dining room. I roll my eyes before I head to the kitchen to put the pot and spoon away. I go to the dining room to see Grayson already devouring the food. My foot taps as I raise an eyebrow at him, he just offers me a sheepish grin. "It's really good." "I like to cook," I smile as I sit across from him, "see you didn't notice the Advil I left out for you." "Oh
One month laterLife is going. That's all I can say to describe it. Two more months until I marry a man whore. One more month until my birthday. One more week until we make final calls for the wedding. One more hour until I have my wedding dress fitting. I still don't have one but I really don't care at this point. For most girls a wedding is what they dreamed of. To have the perfect dress and the perfect man. I did dream of it, I'm not going to lie, but I'm not marrying the perfect man. So why get excited about finding the perfect dress when he won't care.Kay, mom, Mrs. Bailey and Tessa are coming. Tessa managed to convince her parents to stay in New York, I helped a little. I offered her a position at my office. Mom says she may be getting her an agent soon to become a model. I invited Grayson, you always need the gay/bi guy friend when you pick out your dress. Except the boys planned their tuxedo fittings today as well."Let's go wife-to-be!
Tessa and Kay stayed at my house once my mom and Mrs. Bailey dropped us off. Mrs. Bailey wanted to say hi to her son but guess who wasn't home. I'm so shocked. Grayson is coming over, said Leon is actually at his office this time, he was with Leon when they went. Tessa was all for it that he was coming over. They've known each other longer than any of us because of Leon. Personally, by the way Tessa acts, I think she likes Grayson. They would be the cutest couple ever. Plus they'd make some cute looking babies. "Can we make a pizza or something?" Kay complains as the lays upside down on the couch. "Grayson is bringing us pizza," I roll my eyes at my impatient friend, "he should be here in like five minutes." "That's too long," Kay groans and throws the couch pillow at me, "I can eat a whole pizza in five minutes!" "Then you puke," I tell her, "I'm not dealing with that again." "She ate a whole pizza in five minute
"Hey Nara," he mumbles with a boyish grin, one hand on the nape of his neck and the other in his leather jacket pocket. He was always up for riding his motorcycle, said the leather jackets were just a plus. "Will," I practically growl, "Why the hell are you here?" "I need to talk to you," he says and I go to shut the door. He stops it with his hand that was previously on his neck, "Please Nara. Just hear what I have to say." "Why should I do that?" I snap, "you never did for me." "I am going to apologize for everything Nara," he replies, "please just give me a chance." "You know I don't believe in second chances," I mutter, "it leads to nothing but trouble." "Believe me, I know," he says, "but I'm not asking you to take me back. Just to hear me out." "I have a party to get ready for," I mumble and walk away, starting my way to my room. I hear the door shut, hoping he left but my
"Nara I need help in the kitchen!" Mom exclaims and I get off of the couch. Mom and Dad decided they wanted to have a graduation party for me, saying they love how I got my business degree, I want to be an interior designer. Uncle Blake said that I can partner with his company once I get a solid start. I'm excited, Georgie is going to be working with me. She said she doesn't think she could handle the responsibility of owning a whole business but it willing to be a worker. I of course agreed, who wouldn't want their best friend working with them? "I thought I told you I didn't want a cake," I say as I walk into the kitchen. My mom has her hair tied back into a short ponytail and a black apron over her clothes. She has flour handprints all over it from patting her hands clean, "you do realize the party is in an hour right? You still need to get ready." "It's almost one already?" Mom asks shocked as she sets the spoon in the bowl, "shoot! Can you please fin
"I now introduce you all to the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Patten!" The priest announces and everyone cheers. I give Selena back her bouquet and she happily walks down the aisle with her husband. I follow behind her with Zeke, his best man. "I feel bad for you Nara," Zeke jokes as we continue to walk, "Ryan is officially your brother now." "I know," I fake groan, "my life get worse by the day." "Aunt Nara! Aunt Nara!" A squeal comes from behind us. I glance back to see my nephew, Drake. He's two and is the cutest little boy ever. He has his mom's fiery red hair and his dad's brown eyes. "Where's your Dad Drake?" I ask as he walks with us down the aisle. "Back der," he says and points behind us, "he is loud." "Believe me I know," I chuckle and we are at the end of the aisle. "I'm sorry Nara," Cara apologizes as she picks up her son, "he's been very energetic today." "It's
Three weeks later "Calm her curls Mom," I say as Ellie sits in front of my vanity. Mom grabs a bottle and starts to work on Ellie's hair. I go to my bathroom and start on my makeup. I already did my hair while Mom did Ellie's makeup. Ellie's Mom died when she was eight so she never really had a mother figure in her house, but whenever she came here my mom would treat Ellie as one of her own. "Your dresses are laid out in the guest room," Mom tells us as she leaves my room. I grab my phone and realize that we have to leave in ten minutes. I drag Ellie to the guest room and throw her dress at her. I slip on my dress and Ellie does as well. I slip on a pair of white platform heels and Ellie puts on a pair of silver pumps. Mom got each of us a new clutch, mine a dull red and Ellie's is silver with navy accents. "They are here to pick you up!" Mom calls and that's our cue to go downstairs. At the door my dad is talking wit
"Hows this dress?" Ellie asks as she twirls out of the changing room. I roll my eyes and and she raises her eyebrows waiting for a response. "I told you," I sigh, "you are trying way to hard, just find something you like. Or you can have my mom make you one." "I said I'm not having her make me one if I can't pay for it," she replies and pulls the end of the dress down, "I guess this dress is a little short." "You guess right," I reply, "now change back. We are going somewhere else." She knows not to question me because o won't give it. She heads back in and changes into her clothes, leaving the dress in the changing room. We go out to my car and I drive off. Ellie switches the radio station and Halo by Beyoncé comes on. We both smile before we start to scream the lyrics. I turn down the busy city street and wait through traffic, which sucks. "Selena I said no," Ellie groans as I pull in front of my mom's bu
"She was just gone?" Austin says and I nod, "ooh man. That sucks hard." A quick image flashes through my mind causing my to smirk but it quickly falls. "Believe me it does," I groan and lean back in my chair. "Mr. Bailey, I expect you to be quiet while I'm teaching," Professor Ulrik says. "Sorry Professor," I say and continue to draw circles on my notebook. I turn back to Austin and whisper, "girls are being annoying as fuck to me lately." "I know, first Jenna now Cara," he replies and glare at him, "sorry bro but she was like your first serious girlfriend." "Cause I thought she wasn't a hoe," I scoff, "looks can be deceiving, so can words." "That's why I'm not settling down yet," he smirks, "I'm finding out which girls are hoes are not. Perfect plan." "All while you are being a hoe," I chuckle but cover it with a cough as our Professor looks up. "That's it for class
This chapter gets very mature~~~ "Slow the fuck down," Austin says as he hits my head. "Shut the fuck up Austin," I groan and down another shot, tequila just like my mom. "Miles, man the fuck up," Austin practically demands as he forces me to stand. "You two," Fiona says sternly, "stop saying 'fuck' and come dance with me." Austin and Fiona are my two closest friends. I've known Austin since third grade and we met Fiona in high school. We've been pretty close since, we are even at the same college, NYU. I thought senior year was going to be pretty laid back but no, it's fucking April and I'm so fucked up in my head. I can't believe I'm letting this get to me. "Forget about her tonight Miles," Fiona smiles as she wraps her arm around mine, "there is a pretty red head over there." "Can't argue with that," I mutter as I glance at the red head who is swinging her hips to th
"Xavier! Stop running!" I yell as I chase after my son. He turned two last week and thinks he's in charge of everything now. He gets to tell Jaden and I when his bedtime is and when he thinks he should take a bath. He's also starting to say no to the clothes we try to change him into to. "Not hungry Daddy!" He squeals as he runs around the couch. "It's dinnertime bud," I tell him, "you don't want mommy upset because you won't eat her food." He stops running and looks at the doorway to the dining room. He glances at me before he sprints to the table and climbs up on to his booster seat. I roll my eyes as he smiles at his mom, who walks in with a bowl of spaghetti. "Alec, can you get the parmesan?" She asks as she sets the bowl on the table. I walk past her, kissing her cheek, before I get into the kitchen. I bring it back out and she smiles. "Thank you. Now sit so we can eat." I sit in my seat and take a plate for myself. After
Alec's POV: The last time I went to a club was six months ago. My friends try to drag me to every party they hear about but I stay at my place. Six months ago I met a girl at this club. Jaden Driggs. She was the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen. Long wavy light brown hair, bright green eyes, the greatest smile I've ever seen. I can't believe that I met her at a club. She looks like a girl who would never go out. Anyway, I can't stop thinking about her and it's fucking up my head. It isn't helping because finals are soon then I'm graduating college, then I'm getting ready to take over dad's business. Octavian is back, which helps. He's back for a whole year now, and it can be extended to two. Aly and him are getting married in a few weeks, June second. I know Octavian is ecstatic, especially since Aly made this choice. He figured they wouldn't get married until we were almost thirty, but here he is at twenty-two getting married.
