Romeo POV
What the hell am I doing? Shit! I wanted to take her to the pack house, and suddenly Max started nagging me that he wanted her close, he was giving me a headache. “Max, what is going on?” I asked for the nth time, and he jumped up and down “I sensed her wolf, and I want to be close to her…” He said, and I stopped in my tracks to his confession “Is she our mate?” I asked cautiously, and his answer left me more confused than ever “I have no idea, I just know that I need her close…”
My wolf is as confused about her as I am. So, to keep my sanity, I was certain that Max would be nagging the whole time, and decided to place her in the room next to my suite. I got a mind-link from the hospital saying that she was ready to be discharged, and per my request, they were waiting for orders.”I will be right there…” I said.
