In a dark and lonely corridor overlooking a garden with a small fountain outside the ballroom, a man was smoking his cigar. Even though he was far from the ballroom area, he could still hear the muffled revelry of the party.
Clack. Clack. Then there was the sound of footsteps echoing down the deserted corridor where only there he was. The clacking voice is getting thicker as he feels that the sound was coming near him. But he didn't bother to turn around as he was already familiar with that step sound.
