Aria

"Let it all out baby." Mecael mumbled as he brushed my hair.

I clung onto him as I crushed. As I fell. As I broke. He did not argue,he just let me be.

He had came back home tonight. He was not gone for long but it seemed to be long enough. He was not hurt in any way. At least none visible to me.

When the door to our room opened and he walked in,I ran to his arms. My weight pushed against his body. He stnepped back to gain more support.

I sobbed. I cried because he was back and he was safe. My tears fell because he was here and I won't have to worry about anything going wrong. He would fix everything that was not okay.

He held me. Did not rush me. My sobs came to an end. I pulled away.

"Are you okay?" He asked softly. I shook my head.

"Want to talk about it?" I nodded. He picked me up and we cuddled in bed.

"It's my mom."

"What?"

"The ash is my mom,or was…I don't know how I'm supposed to say it."

"What?" He repeated. Was I not being clear enough? I was.

"The jar…"
