Five

Six weeks later.....

I've been having an awful feeling at work, I shouldn't have drink that octopus soup that Cameron recommended me to at lunch today. It was my first time eating octopus and yuck! It taste disgusting. I can't even concentrate on my work because of the awful feeling and my stomach is so upset.

"Are you OK Jada?" Lucas asked me.

"I think I'm coming down with something" I said weakly.

"Must of been the octopus soup you guys had for lunch... Next time don't eat what you're not use to " Jasmine grinned causing me to frowned.

"Don't listen to Jasmine she's such a bitch sometimes" Lucas said shooting her a glared.

Jasmine stuck her tongue out at him and rolled her eyes, she seriously had a thing for Lucas.

"How bad are you feeling?" Cameron asked.

"Like I'm about to puke" I choked out.

I rested my head on the desk and hold my stomach, the feeling is really awful and I want to puke but it's not coming up. Why did I ate that damn octopus? Cameron was rubbing my back to comfort me and Lucas started packing my things in my bag.

"What's going on here?" Miss Grey voice echoed the room.

"Jada is not feeling well" Cameron told her.

"You need to see a doctor Jada?" she said walking towards us.

"No... Not really just want to lie down" I said weakly

"Ok take the rest of the day off, I'll let one of my driver take you home" she said then left.

Lucas gathered my stuff together and help me outside where the driver was. He was leaning against a black range hover, he then open the door for me.

"Thanks Lucas" I said as I hugged him

"Get well soon" he said and hugged back.

I hopped in the van and the driver closed the door and entered his side and drove off.

The driver dropped me off at my gate and I walked up in the drive way. I unlocked the door and weakly let my self in, I haven't been so sick in a while. I walked to the kitchen to make a cup of mint tea and after consuming it and took two allergy pills and I feel a little better.

I heard chatting In the living room and I head in there, I wasn't expecting Katie home so early and with a guy!. My eyes widen at Miss perfect sitting next to a man, he's handsome though but she didn't told me she had a boyfriend.

"Hello sorry for interrupting" I said waving my hands with a little smile.

"Jada you're home early" she said surprised.

"Yes and so are you.... Who is your friend?" I asked being nosey.

"This is my boss Liam Prince and this is my little sister Jada" she introduced us.

"Nice meeting you Mr Prince" I said glaring at Katie.

"Nice meeting you to Miss Jada, I'll take my leave now" he said turning to her.

She walked him to the door and my eyes never left them both, he peck her lips and I turn around quickly before she noticed I was looking. I need to get out of these sweaty clothes, I head up to my room and change. I lie in my bed and my eyes become heavy al I close them and drift off in deep slumber.

"Jada! Dinner is ready!" I heard Katie yelled from downstairs.

I woke up from my sleep and walked in the bathroom and splashed water over my face before heading to the kitchen. She already set the table and serving the food when I reach so I just took a seat.

"So why were you home so early?" she asked.

"I wasn't feeling good so Miss Grey told me to take the rest of the day off " I explained " so why were you? " I asked back glaring at her.

"Because.... I have stuff to do at home" she responded looking down on her plate. Sneaky!

"With your boss?" I blurted out.

"Jada its not like that, I left some documents home and he offered to followed me home for it" she replied.

She's so lieing right now, he kissed her lips I saw it. They have a thing going on but she's not the sister to share anything.

"So explained the kiss he gave you on his way out" I blurted out again.

He cheeks turned red as she think of another lie.

"Jada you were spying on me?" She said but not angry.

"Come on Katie no need to lie, we are sister's we must can share secret together" I pressed on. "You like him don't ya?" I added

Talking of secrets, have you told her you slept with an stranger a month and add ago? A voice in my head spoke and I started to feel guilty.

"Ok fine yes I do like him and it's not official as yet so you're the only one that know" she said blushing.

"You little innocent whore, screwing your boss" I teased, laughing.

"It hasn't reached that far as yet Jada we taking things slow" she explained still blushing.

"I'm happy for you big sis I just hope he's not an asshole like most guys" I said bitterly remembering Alex.

It's felt so good having a descent conversation with my sister without us arguing. Katie is always trying to keep herself away from guys, her last boyfriend was in college and he was a very nice and loving guy but he met in a serious car accident and he didn't made it. She always been mourning for him all these years but she's happy now and decided to date again.

"So what is he......." I managed to let out before the awful nauseous feeling came on me again.  I rushed to the bathroom and hold my head over the toilet and let the puke all out.

"Jada! Are you ok?" Katie asked rushing inside the bathroom.

"I think I have food poisoning, I had octopus soup for lunch today and I've been feeling sick ever since" I explained.

"Oh god you need to see a doctor" she said worried

"It's OK I'm feeling better now" I said as I rinsed my mouth out.

We walked back to the kitchen together and started Washing the dishes but a sharp pain run through my abdomen and the nauseous feeling appear back. I ran to the bathroom and kneeled over the toilet again.

"Jada this is serious you need to see a doctor right away" she said rubbing my back and pulling my hair out of my face.

"I'm fine Katie I took some allergy pills earlier" I muttered

"Then why are you still sick? Are you sure it's food poisoning or something else?" She said furrowing her eye brows.

"Like what Katie? that's all I ate that could give me food poisoning" I said rinsing my mouth.

"Or maybe it's symptoms of pregnancy " she blurted out.

The water froze in my hands and so was my whole body. It's that even possible.
