Chapter 120

Third Person's POV

Ryder stands outside, staring at her garden. He wondered what vegetables she would have picked out of the garden today. He wondered what delicious aroma he would have come home to after his run. Would it have been beef stew or maybe pork chops? Or maybe veal parmesan with her homemade spaghetti sauce that she made with the tomatoes and herbs from her garden.

The Beta is tired, but yet sleep hasn't come. He never knew someone could cry so much and so hard. He never knew something could hurt so deeply that it made you feel dead inside. He knows the Goddess didn't do it, but he can't stop himself from hating her.

He knows it's too late, but he fights the urge to go to the coven and drag Nadja to her grave to make him bring her back.

He finds himself mad at the world and everyone and everything—everyone except the little redhead who looks so much like her mother.

He fights back the tears as he collects his daughter from her mother's grave, where she had fallen asle

Deborah, tut tut. I'm not a big g&b books, too many mills & boons but I liked the 3rd being a female. Liked it better when it is 3 men, Noah needed 2 but it gives that dif' perspective. Abigail isn't about equality but about imagination and out of the box. It's why we love the books & want more.

cottage and focused on other characters. There's so many characters I can't write about everyone all the time. This allowed me to put him aside for a while until he was needed in the story again. And that time is now. I just wrote the first chapter of his book today. :)
