Lolo Nico is staring me intently as if he is searching something into my eyes, seconds after he heaved a deep sigh.

"I heard what happened," umpisa niya. He sounds disappointed. "How could you leave my apo and choose that Doctor over her?" His tone became sharp.

"Look, I know your relationship with that Doctor is nothing compared your relationship with my apo. Ilang buwan mo palang nakakasama ang apo ko compare to that Doctor. But my apo is your wife, Hijo."

Naigting ang aking panga. I couldn't find a word to speak. Huminga ako ng malalim. I can't reason out at this moment as I know I'm really at fault. Malinaw ang galit sa mukha ni Lolo Nico at hindi ko talaga siya masisisi rito.

"I'm mad right now, Hijo. I just couldn't believe what you did. My apo already having a panic attack, and yet you didn't even bother to look after her? That's very disappointing. Thankfully, Adam and her friends are their to look after her."
