The sun began to rise as I started to near the end of forest and the pack house began to appear between the trees. I felt the first light of sun hit my skin as I exited the woods. Even though it was only a new it felt like a new beginning.
I didn’t know if I had actually expected to come out of this alive but being here and looking up at the windows to where I knew the others were sleeping, I was glad I was.
It was finally all over and I could start over. I could go anywhere and start a whole new life and leave all of this behind me, but where to start? I knew it was expected of me, that I would to go back home with Iza. But I didn’t have to. I did however still belong to her pack, but then again, if Iza weren’t a wolf anymore, could she then still be in charge or the Alpha of the pack. I didn’t know. And then it hit me, was I to be the new Alpha with Iza being my mother?
