He doesnt know how to show his emotions!

The dinner smelled so heavenly. But now the problem was she didn’t have the appetite for it. How would she had have had the appetite for such food, especially food that she had not been given leverage to when kidnapped.

She had been given rotten food and whatnot.

After they had had breakfast this morning, Xavier had taken her to the space she had wanted to go to, which was the library. She wanted to use that as an opportunity to study those books she had not been given leverage to study when she was being treated badly at the rogue pack.

He had also kindly made sure there was nobody at the library who was going to make her uncomfortable because for sure she knew people where inquisitive, they obviously where going to want to know who she was and what she was doing at their pack and why she was looking super malnourished.

He had to leave and go attend to alpha duties but he had made sure that she read her books and then had come to discuss with him what she had learnt and what she found difficult.

However when she was there she found it difficult to read anything as she somehow was tensed to the fact that she had to meet his siblings this night hence she was thinking how they were going to receive her, plus she also felt awkward as she had felt that his sister Joy was going look at her funny because she had cried.

Xavier had watched her as they ate their food, ever so often glancing at her plate as she just mixed and mixed without really putting anything into her mouth.

  But then she started to put something in her mouth and somehow she felt that the way she was eating was surely making him nervous and somehow deep in her heart she was happy that the man actually cared, he also looked at her face with worries and also smiles coming in.

“When are your siblings getting here?” she asked nervously.

“In a few minutes, and also don’t be bothered” he replied with a small smile on his face as he then got up to clean the table from the food that they had eaten.

After hearing what he was saying she nodded her head and bit her lips as he came close to her with a smile on his face, he loved the fact that although she was nervous she was still in the mood to see his family.

This obviously meant that she was obviously getting comfortable and also she was also going to trust him so much so that she accepted to see his family.

“You don’t have to meet them if you don’t want to” he said as he also did not want to make her uncomfortable too, “You are more than welcome to change your mind Princess” he said as he touch her face she had wanted to shift but then she remembered she was with him because he could take care of her.

“No it is okay, I will like to meet them,” she signed back to him as she smiled.

“My siblings could be a little too much, they are high spirited and at times say things they are not supposed to say” he said as he glanced at her. She nodded gently she was trying her best to accept everything new that was coming her way, she deserved the good life here she had been shown that she could take this life and make very beautiful memories and he wanted her to be happy hence she was going to be happy and at least forget about her hurt.

As he was before her she could feel the room temperature change as she felt new energies.

She sucked in a breath as she tried inwardly to calm her nerves.

In front of her she saw the most beautiful girls she had ever laid eyes on, at least after Jacqueline. One had crystal blue eyes and a brunette hair color and she was curvy too and the grin on her face was so cute right before her was Joy. The lady she had seen and had had her emotions about but now that she stood before her all she could see was happiness.

Yvette was petite rather and she for sure had dirty blonde hair, she was curvy but not all like Joy but their family for sure had beautiful curves and their genes where super good and she only wished she was going to see his parents.

She could see why Xavier looked so good.

All three of them stood before her and they all were stunning. All three of them were like walking gods and goddess’ maybe that was why they were of the alpha clan.

The twins smiled at her and she was nervously playing with her fingers she didn’t know if she had to hug them, give them a hand shake or just stand there.

Xavier noticed her nervousness as usual and made a walk towards her as he swapped his arm around her waist protectively, somehow his hand on her waist calmed her down and she smiled back at the twins.

“Hello” they both signed to her simultaneously, she looked at Xavier as he nodded his head. She was somehow so excited that they could sign to her too.

 “Hello” she signed back just from the way they reacted she knew that Xavier must have told them something because they both smiled when she had signed back to them.

He then turned and carried her into the living room because she couldn’t move properly yet, she could walk but she got dizzy from time to time as the twins followed close behind. They all sat down and she was super close to Xavier. He was indeed her comfort and she just wanted him by her side. 

She nervously stayed put, she knew Xavier was not going to hurt her if she said or did something wrong, at least that was what he had made her understand but she didn’t know anything about his siblings.

“I really want to apologize for yesterday and my name is Joy Hills, I had just come to make my brother happy since he was having a terrible day, I am sorry you had to witness us” she said.

She turned to look at her twin sister who was smirking at her before she introduced him, “This is my twin sister Yvette Hills, we are fraternal twins even though we have been told that we look alike I still wonder” she said as she made faces.

“What my sister is trying to say is you are welcome to the family Nathalia” Yvette said as he had noticed her sister was talking too much.

“It’s nice to meet you too” she signed back as she finally saw what he meant by his siblings being so much and high spirited.

“Why don’t you tell her about yourselves guys” Xavier encouraged as he made Nathalia a little comfortable on his body she was laying on his shoulder as she admired the beauties before her.

Their lips were so pinkish and with the lip gloss they had put she wished they could tell their secret to their beautiful skin but she was going to make sure she got well before she started thinking of that, besides they were family now.

Family! She loved that name she had finally known that she had someone she could call family.

“Well we are Seventeen, my favorite color is blue and Yvette’s color is purple” she said as she continued to say with so much excitement she said a lot of things and her twin sister grinned as her eyes shifted in color. Something she had now known that when they were going through emotions their eye colors changed.

“Anyways, why don’t we tell Nathalia all the embarrassing things that had happened to Xavier” she signed and Joy giggled in happiness.

They went on and on of what they had to say about their brother and Xavier just gave high pitched groans meaning he didn’t like what was being done but hearing Nathalia laugh she was excited that his mate was laughing.

“Goodbye” the twins as they walked through the door, the visit was so good.

They had spent at least two hours talking and she had felt so comfortable and both of them were so funny and the way they made her laugh she had not shared such laughter in her fifteen years of being kidnapped.

“Your sisters are so lovely” she signed with a small smile Xavier nodded but he didn’t say anything else but however she could tell that there was a lot of emotions brewing in his eyes.

“What is wrong?” she asked as she looked at him.

“Nothing I am fine” he signed back emotionless.

“I don’t believe you, so can you tell me” she replied nervously.

She watched his eyes flash into silver then bluish and then to his normal eye sight he went out and slammed the door and she didn’t even understand what was wrong.

A small pang of hurt ran through her chest as she just watched that happened she shrugged it off he was going through emotions.

Confused still she slowly pulled off the shirt and leggings before closing her eyes and trying to get some rest. She knew he was going to come back and he was going to respond to her questions because he was behaving weird.
