Burning Hatred

Ian's red eyes boring into her made Olivia realize she needed to be so much more careful than she had been before. He seemed to stare right through her even though there was absolutely no way he had discovered her entire purpose for being in RK Nielson in the first place.

After his final words to her being some sort of thinly veiled warning, she wasn't expecting to have to face him so soon after that. He told her eyes were everywhere and it made her believe that it was his eyes he was referring to.

She wondered if he thought it was significant that he remembered her after his security guard accused her of following him.

She made a point to be professional and stray no further than that.

"I have your drinks, sir," she said.

He gestured towards the two coasters already placed out, but he had turned his body towards a laptop sitting on his desk and no longer seemed to pay attention to her. With his eyes no longer on her, she felt a little bit more comfortable.
