Olivia knew she was staring when her brother walked through the door with an SIA badge hung around his neck and his arms crossed over his muscular chest. His expression told her that he wasn't playing around.

She wasn't entirely sure if this was a message from the agency or because he couldn't make direct contact with her without compromising things. Was it personal or business?
