After a quick shower, Bianca put on a dark green sundress with sandals. She didn't typically wear dresses but wanted to make a good impression at her first pack dinner. When she walked out of the bedroom, she didn't need to count the doors to Polly's room. She just followed the squeals of laughter. Bianca stopped at the door and giggled at what she saw.
Gunnar was sitting on the floor next to a tiny table where Trisha and Polly were serving tea. He was sipping his tea with his pinkie finger sticking out. What made it even funnier was they had him wearing a fancy white hat and makeup. His lips and some of his face were bright pink. He had dark red on his cheeks, and his eyes and eyebrows were blue. Bianca pulled out her phone and took a picture just as they noticed her. Trisha jumped up and ran to her.
"I love this place. Can I stay here?" She asked eagerly. Bianca picked her up and kissed her makeup-covered face.
"I'm going to see what I can do to keep you here, okay?" Trisha nodded and jumped down to join her new friend at the little table.
"Hello, luna. I'm sorry if you're looking for your mate. He's stepped out for a few minutes. My name is Geraldine," Gunnar spoke with a southern woman's accent, making her and the girls laugh.
"It's nice to meet you, ma'am." She answered, holding her hand out. He grabbed her and pulled her into his lap. Bianca laughed when he started kissing her all over her neck, leaving pink lipstick marks everywhere. Polly and Trish thought it was hysterical. They jumped on Bianca as Gunnar fell backward, and they were all wrestling on the ground. Everyone was laughing so hard they couldn't catch their breath.
"What in tarnation is going on in here?" Bianca jumped up when she heard a woman at the door. Polly ran over to the older woman excitedly.
"Gram, this is Bianca, Uncle Gunny's mate. She brought her sister Trisha, and she's my best friend. We were having tea," Bianca looked nervously at Gunnar's mother, worried she wouldn't like her. Her apprehension faded away quickly when her face lit up.
"You found your mate? That's wonderful." Bianca walked over to Gunnar's mother, holding her hand out., but she pushed it aside, wrapping her arms around her. "No handshakes. You're family, dear. It's nice to meet you. I'm Marisa."
"It's nice to meet you too," Bianca answered when Marisa released her. She looked toward Trisha, who was staring at the striking woman nervously.
"You must be Trisha," She asked, and the little pup nodded. Marisa beamed as she dropped to her knees and hugged her. "Welcome to the family, little one. I hope you can help keep Polly in line."
"Graaaaam," Polly groaned dramatically. Bianca felt tears in her eyes. This is what a family was supposed to be like. The pack she and Trisha came from didn't act like this. Her mother and father wouldn't play with either of them. They weren't loving and warm. She was going to do whatever was necessary to keep Trisha with her. Gunnar noticed her tears and came to her side.
"What's wrong?" He asked. Bianca turned to him with a smile.
"These are happy tears. I can't believe how amazing your family is." Marisa heard what she said and stood up.
"What pack did you come from, dear?" She asked. Gunnar quickly explained the events from that morning. Marisa looked between the two and frowned.
"I knew he had a girlfriend there, but this seems extreme. Have you talked to Omar yet? I think you should get his side of the story and see what he says." When she saw Bianca's eyes widen in fear, she quickly explained. "I'm not saying he should have approached your pack like that. I'm just saying I've known Omar a long time, and I think there may be more to his actions."
"We haven't talked to him yet. We'll go speak to him now before dinner. Can you watch the girls?" Gunnar asked his mother. When Bianca was getting ready to say she would stay, he grabbed her hand, shaking his head. He was reminding her that they were doing everything together.
"Of course, I'll stay with my grandchildren. You don't have to ask," she said. She pushed them out of the room and went over to the little ones. Gunnar stopped and turned around.
"Mom, when you were pregnant, was there any way you wouldn't have known?" He asked, glancing at Bianca, who was focused on his mother. Marisa looked at them with a frown.
"That's an odd question, but the answer is no. As soon as I came out of my heat, I knew. Why do you ask?" Gunnar knew Bianca wouldn't want to say anything in front of Trisha, so he mindlinked his mom.
"Bianca's mother said she didn't know she was pregnant with Trisha until the day she had her. I find that strange. Bianca was away at school, so she doesn't know what happened." Marisa nodded and looked between the sisters.
"Find out, son. They're family now, and we need to protect our family." Gunnar nodded and pulled Bianca from the room just as his dad walked in. Cyril smiled at the couple.
"So, I hear you've found your mate," he said. He looked at Bianca, who smiled. He looked more like Gunnar's brother than his dad.
"Dad, this is Bianca, and the little pup over there is her sister Trisha." Bianca held her hand out to him, but he pulled her in for a hug that made her feel like a little girl. She'd never been hugged by her father, and the kind gesture brought tears to her eyes again. Cyril noticed, and his face fell.
"I'm sorry, Bianca. I didn't mean to hurt or scare you," She smiled at the concern in his voice.
"It's not that. The pack we're from is different than this one. A man would never hug a woman, not even his own daughters. The kindness of everyone in this pack overwhelms me." Cyril looked around at the others and figured he would ask them later about her pack.
"We're happy to have you here. Where are you off to? Dinner will be ready soon," he said.
"Mom will explain. We'll be back in time." As they headed toward the stairs, Bianca stopped him.
"Uh, you may want to wash that makeup off your face. You don't look too intimidating with blue eye shadow and pink lips." He started laughing and led her to their room. They quickly washed their faces, and Gunnar changed into jeans and a T-shirt.
When they got to the dungeons, two guards stood outside. They nodded at Gunnar and Bianca before opening the doors. Inside, it was a typical dungeon with stone walls and cells. However, these cells had silver lining the doors on the inside, so the werewolves couldn't break out of them.
They approached the cell where Omar was sitting on a cot with his head in his hands. He didn't notice they were there until Gunnar spoke.
"Omar, we need to talk to you," he said. The warrior looked up in surprise, quickly becoming confused when he saw Bianca. He had been taken away before Gunnar had declared her his mate. He stood up and walked over, careful not to touch the bars of the cell.
"Alpha, I'm sorry. I thought I could take care of them myself. I was dating Natalie, but that's not why I wanted to go after the pack. The proof that I showed you was real. I stumbled on the evidence when I was sneaking in and out of the pack. When we arrived, I realized many people in the pack were innocent, so I didn't dispute Natalie's claims. You know me, Gunnar. We grew up together. I would never kill innocents for something as stupid as jealousy." Bianca saw the tears forming in his eyes. She believed him. He looked broken.
"This is my mate Bianca. She's the daughter of Alpha Karl. We're going to take you to the interrogation room, and I want you to tell us everything. Where's the evidence? I'm going to have someone get it and bring it to us. Maybe she can see things in it we can't." Omar looked at Bianca with sorrow in his eyes.
"Everything is on my desk in my office. There's a box that says Last Moon. I'm sorry, luna, for coming to your pack as I did." Omar looked down at the ground.
"At least something good came out of it." Omar glanced up at her in confusion as she smiled. "I found my mate."
Gunnar mindlinked one of the guards to go to Omar's office and grab the box of evidence. He then had Omar moved to the interrogation room. He and Bianca sat across from the warrior. Once the box came, Gunnar looked at it in shock. He hadn't realized how much evidence Omar had collected.
"Why didn't you show me all of this before? You only showed me little pieces that could have been easily manipulated." He asked Omar.
"I didn't really know what I had. Maybe you can make heads or tails of it. I thought the images of the humans were enough." Gunnar started pulling things out of the box and laying them on the table. There were many photos and copies of documents. Bianca was focused on the pictures.
"I know some of these people. The men are my dad's warriors. I don't know who's with them, though. The girl in this picture is an omega from another pack. She's deaf and mute." Bianca couldn't believe what she was seeing, but she also didn't understand what it meant. Omar looked at her sadly.
"The people with the warriors are humans from a nearby town. The omega was kidnapped from a pack that was near the town. I think she was a witness, but with her being deaf and mute, they decided to keep her rather than kill or sell her." Bianca stared at him as tears ran down her face. She remembered when the omega showed up, her dad said she had escaped an abusive family, so they let her work in the kitchen. Bianca had tried to communicate with her many times, but someone always stopped her.
"What are these?" She pointed to a stack of papers that Gunnar was looking through.
"They look like sales receipts. They marked the purchases as merchandise. I believe these are proof of them selling humans." He showed her what he was looking at, which also looked suspicious to Bianca. Then she had a thought.
"Can you go back to March four years ago?" Omar's head shot up, and he looked at her.
"Why then?" He asked anxiously.
"I have a four-year-old sister who appeared out of nowhere four years ago. I'm curious to see if she was taken from somewhere. Do you know something?" Bianca asked, and he nodded.
"March four years ago, a pack was attached. The pack was so small it made The Last Moon Pack look big. Everyone except the pups was killed. Most of the pups were sold off; I don't know what happened to the rest of them. There are some pictures in the box of the pack prior to being attacked." Omar said.
Bianca looked through the box and found the pictures. She spotted Trisha right away in the arms of a woman with long red hair next to a man who must be her mate; both were beaming down at their pup. Even then, Trisha had a head full of red hair. They kidnapped Trisha and kept her as their own. Even worse, they killed her parents.
"This is Trisha with her parents." She handed Gunnar the picture. His face hardened as he put his arm around her.
"I'm so sorry, Bianca. This ends now. Omar, we're going back to Last Moon, but we need to be careful. With what happened this morning, they're going to be on alert. We'll surround them and move in from all sides. We're not killing anyone. We'll put them in their own dungeons and call the king so he can sort this mess out. I want to separate the innocent from the guilty." He looked at Bianca, who was still staring at the picture of her sister?
"I need to tell Trisha, but not until she's older. I want to go with you. I know the pack. Most of the women are probably innocent. The men treated them like they were too dumb to do anything, so I'm sure they weren't involved with the humans. However, I don't know why my mom agreed to lie about Trisha." She felt her blood boil at what had been going on right under her nose. Gunnar kissed her forehead.
"Of course, you're going with me. We're partners. We'll talk to your mom. Maybe once Karl is in the dungeon, she'll be more forthcoming. Let's go back to the pack house to tell my parents and have them watch the girls. Are you okay?" He asked as they stood up. She shook her head.
"I'm mad as hell that I didn't see any signs of what was happening and didn't question my mom when Trisha showed up. I was just so happy to have a sister." Bianca then turned to Gunnar with wide eyes. "What about me? Am I really their daughter?"
"We'll find out. Let's go." The three of them headed to the pack house, where everyone was getting ready for dinner. None of them felt like eating, so they grabbed some sandwiches to take on the road. When Bianca saw Trisha on Cyril's shoulders giggling, she almost broke down. Her parents had robbed her of her real parents. She couldn't wait to see them and discover what else they'd lied about.
"Trisha, I'm going somewhere with Gunnar. I'll be back later. Will you be okay?" she asked the little pup, who nodded happily.
"I love it here and never want to leave. You know I have a gram and gramps now? Marisa and Cyril said I can call them that, just like Polly. Is that okay?" Trisha looked at Bianca pleadingly from her spot on Cyril's shoulders.
"That's fine, sweetheart. You'll never have to leave. You're going to stay here with us." Bianca looked at Cyril, who gave her a small smile. Gunnar had mindlinked the pack to let them know what was happening. They hadn't marked each other yet, so she hadn't been able to hear them.
"We'll take care of her. You take care of the others. Your family will be here waiting for you when you come back." Bianca stood on her tiptoes and kissed Cyril's cheek.
"You don't know how much that means to me." She said with a small smile.
Gunnar pulled her away, and they ran outside to the jeep. All of the warriors were going with them. A long line of cars was heading toward Last Moon. Bianca held Gunnar's hand as they drove. It had only been hours since she left her pack, but with all that had happened, it felt like days.
When they got close to the pack lands, the other cars parked on the road, and they shifted to their wolves. Bianca and Gunnar drove up to the pack house. Karl, Anara, and several guards were waiting for them. When they got out of the car, Bianca walked up to the steps.
"Hello, Karl," She said with a smirk. He didn't flinch. Instead, he looked at her with pure hatred.
"We've been expecting you," He said, and she heard the pack mindlink.
"They're here. Attack!"
Bianca stood still and pretended she didn't hear what her father had mindlinked to the pack. She knew the warriors from Shadow Howlers were already in place. Her father looked confused as he waited."What's wrong, Karl? You expected something to happen? We came prepared, and they have already taken your warriors down." As she finished speaking, they heard wolves coming from the surrounding forest, some in wolf form and some in human form. From the look on her dad's face, he knew his warriors weren't going to help him."Did you really think you would be able to defeat the Shadow Howlers? This is what we do. Now Karl and Anara, your daughter, and I have some questions for you." Gunnar said, stepping forward. Karl started backing up, but one of the warriors was there and stopped him. Bianca led everyone to her father's office, where Gunnar sat behind the desk with her on his lap. Karl looked ready to blow when he was forced to sit in a chair in front of his own desk."We don't
Bianca and Gunnar took the kidnapped Omega back to her pack. She hugged Bianca and waved shyly at Gunnar before running toward her family's house, which was next to the pack house. It was terribly late when they got home, but everyone was still waiting for them. "How'd it go?" Cyril asked as they approached the porch where he stood with Marisa, Trisha, and Polly."We put everyone that appeared to be involved in the dungeons and left some of the warriors there. Everyone else is in their homes. King Zaiden will be going to see them tomorrow. Omar will get all the evidence together, and we'll return in the morning to prepare for the King's arrival." Gunnar answered, looking at Trisha sadly. He felt sick about what had happened to her family and that Karl and Anara were completely unremorseful for the deaths they were responsible for. "Polly said I can sleep in her room so we can have a sleepover. Is that okay?" Trisha asked Bianca hopefully. "That sounds like fun. Do you
Gunnar didn't want to get out of bed the following morning, but they had a busy day ahead. He and Bianca were so tired they passed out immediately after having sex. He kept thinking about the night before. He looked down at Bianca's angelic face resting on his chest. Lying with her against him was the best feeling in the world. He rubbed his hand up and down her back, causing her to moan. "What time is it?" Bianca asked sleepily."It's almost time to leave. I didn't want to wake you any earlier than I had to. How are you feeling?" he asked, kissing the top of her head."I feel incredible. I wish we had more time, but we need to get to Last Moon. I've never met the King. What's he like?" Bianca asked, hiding her chuckle when she heard a slight growl inside Gunnar. "He's decent and fair. Please stay with me when we're around him. He hasn't found his mate yet, and I don't think he's trying very hard to look for her. He doesn't have the same morals we do, and the rumors a
Bianca looked back at Gunnar and saw a lycan holding him back so he couldn't follow her. She had spoken bravely to the king but couldn't help the ripple of fear that went down her spine as he pulled her toward the dungeons. When they were far enough away from everyone else, he stopped and looked at her."So, do you want to tell me why you spoke to me like that? Was it because you were in front of your mate? I saw the way you stared at me when I first got here. I know you're attracted to me. We're all alone now. You can tell me the truth." Zaiden stepped close to her so his body was flush with hers and looked down into her eyes. Bianca refused to back down."You're an attractive man, I'm not going to lie, but no one compares to Gunnar. I've heard about you and your lack of morals when it comes to women. Do you really think that's what a woman wants? To be used as a man's plaything and sent away. It's disgusting." She looked up at him, speaking with a calm voice. The smirk on his face
The following day, Bianca and Gunnar sat down to talk with Austin, Jessica, Marisa, and Cyril to make preparations for the mating ceremony. They would mark each other in front of the pack and then introduce Bianca as the official luna. "Is there anything special you want?" Marisa asked Bianca excitedly. "I'd be happy just to mark each other and be done with it. I don't need a fancy party or anything else." She looked over at Gunnar and took his hand. Having him by her side was all that was important. "Well, that's not going to happen. This is a big deal. Let Jessica and I take care of it. After the day you had yesterday, you need a break. Why don't you take the girls down to the river and have a picnic? We'll have the ceremony the day after tomorrow. All you two have to do is show up." Marisa practically pushed them out of the room. Bianca and Gunnar looked at each other and laughed. "I think we should take your mom's advice. Let's take the girls to the river." Bianca sai
Bianca shivered when they pulled up to the ashes that used to be the Last Moon pack house. It felt creepy to her now. It was still daylight, but there seemed to be a shadow over the former pack lands."Alright, everyone spread out. Don't leave any stone unturned." Gunnar said. Everyone went off in pairs to begin their search. Gunnar and Bianca headed toward the dungeons. When they got there, it was nothing but ash and metal. "Let's go beyond the dungeons. If they had a hidden place, it wouldn't be easily found." Gunnar took her hand, leading her past the ruble. "I've never been back here. My dad was strict on what parts of the pack lands women and children were allowed to go on. The dungeons and anywhere around them were off-limits. I just assumed it was because it was too dangerous. I never thought they were trying to hide anything." Bianca looked around, trying to find something that would show them the secret place that Trisha had talked about."I don't think we'll
All those rescued from Last Moon were taken to their chosen pack or location, and five, including Alani, decided to join the Shadow Howlers. Now that everything was settled, it was time for Gunnar and Bianca's ceremony. Neither of them was interested in the minor details; they were just ready to mark each other. Jessica and Marisa had picked out Bianca's dress. It was dark blue, off the shoulder, and clung to her curves. It shimmered in the light whenever she moved. Bianca looked at herself in the mirror and had to admit that she'd never felt more beautiful. They had done her hair in a twist, with a few loose curls framing her face. She turned around when she heard someone running. Polly and Trisha came flying into the room. Their white dresses were covered in sparkles with big blue bows tied at the back. "What are you two doing?" Bianca asked. "Gram wants to put our hair in braids, but we don't want her to," Polly said just as Marisa entered the room. "There you are, you lit
Selena looked out of the palace window nervously. When Zaiden took her from the Shadow Howlers pack, she had been ecstatic that he wanted her as his mate. However, now she was worried the kingdom's people wouldn't think she was good enough. He was the Lycan King, and she was an omega. She was also deaf and mute. No one knew what had caused it, but she had been that way since birth. She had another secret, too, that no one knew. She didn't have a wolf. Selena was from the Red River pack. Her family had treated her okay, but they mostly kept her locked away in the house. She knew they were ashamed of her because she had no wolf and couldn't speak or hear. After being rescued from Last Moon, they tried to hide her back in the house again. Selena didn't want that. Bianca had been the only one to treat her like a normal person, so when she visited the Shadow Howlers, she was going to ask if she could stay there. However, things changed quickly when she realized Zaiden was her mate. Even
One Year Later Gunnar and Bianca smiled as they watched Trisha and Polly talking with their brother as though he could respond. Ashton was a little over six months old. He had Gunnar's black hair and Bianca's hazel eyes. His sisters already spoiled him rotten. "Are you girls ready to go?" Bianca asked them. They were going to the palace. It was the first time that everyone who had been involved in the fight would all be together again with their little ones. "Yes. We can't wait to see all the babies," Polly said excitedly. Bianca picked up Ashton, changed his diaper, and put him in his car seat. "Knock, knock," Alani said as she walked into the room, followed by Omar carrying their son Phoenix. "Hi, little guy," Trisha said when Omar squatted down so she and Polly could kiss his cheeks. They had become the big sisters to everyone's little ones. Even though the entire group hadn't been all together, they had all met each other's children. A few minutes later, they were head
Eris quickly made Polly and Trisha visible again, so they could see where they were. What everyone saw made them pause before running to their aid. Achyls was holding each of the pup's arms, but her hands on them seemed to be melting as she screamed in pain. Polly and Trisha stood together holding hands as Achyls fell to her knees. Nyx, Sabnac, and Eris got to them before anyone else. Sabnac pulled out a small bag of poison that he had made especially for Achyls and sprinkled it on her head. Eris removed her melted hands from the pups while Nyx grabbed Achyls and flew into the air with her. The poison Sabnac put on her paralyzed her. "Selena and Zaiden, throw one of your fireballs when I release her," Nyx said. "You can't kill me. I'm indestructible." Achyls yells. Her body was paralyzed, but her voice wasn't. "That's where you're wrong. With everyone I created, I ensured there was a way to kill them. That includes you. I promise it's going to hurt a lot." Nyx held Achyls awa
Gunnar, Bianca, the guards, and the warriors all shifted into their wolves and ran into the crowd of witches. Helios, Hermes, Nyx, Eris, and Sabnac ran with the wolves and used their magic on the witches. Some of the witches froze when they realized they were fighting gods and goddesses. They knew their magic wouldn't be able to defeat them. Selena and Zaiden stayed next to each other. From what Leto had said their powers would be stronger if they were together. They used their power to take out one witch at a time by throwing small balls of fire at them that turned them into ash instantly. Achyls stayed back to watch, but she was getting angrier and angrier as the witches were defeated. Polly and Trisha watched everything while holding hands. They wanted to help, but they would never disobey their parents. They watched their mom and dad's wolves attack one witch after another. Omar and Alani's wolves were ripping off the witch's heads as were the guards and other warriors.
Achyls looked around at all her witches. They had come quickly, just like she knew they would. She hadn't told them what the plan was yet because she didn't want them to chicken out. She had seen Sabnac arrive and had to admit it caused her to have doubts about her plans. However, when she realized that he was now a big pushover she thought it was going to be a piece of cake to get rid of them all. Nyx she planned to save for last. She prepared the lie she would tell the witches to do what she wanted. "Thank you all for coming. We have a special task. It has come to my attention that the people who live at the lycan palace plan to eliminate all witches. We must stop them. They have many people who are planning to help them, some with powers that can rival ours. Don't be scared. We have the power of dark magic on our side. If they know anything about us then they should know that we don't play fair. I want you to use every spell and trick you know on them. We will leave as the sun
“What do you mean, they have the mark of the goddesses?” Gunnar asked as he and Bianca squatted down next to Sabnac and looked into Trisha's and Polly's eyes. “Stare into their pupils. Do you see the gold flickering?” He asked. Bianca gasped as she stared into Trisha’s eyes. She’d never noticed that before. Gunnar was stunned when he saw the same thing in Polly’s eyes. “What does this mean?” Bianca asked. Polly and Trisha looked at Sabnac in confusion. “We aren’t pups?” Polly asked him. He chuckled a deep chuckle and everyone around him looked in disbelief at the demon. No one had thought they'd see a demon like him laugh. “You’re still pups, but you’re very special pups. A goddess sent you here. I don’t know who or why, but someone sent you to Earth. That’s why you both are so mature for your age and have good instincts.” He explained. “How do you know so much about this?” Alani asked.
Jameson received a mindlink from Psyche that Sabnac was coming to help them. He couldn’t help the ripple of fear that ran down his spine. That demon was one scary man, but if Psyche trusted him with Selena, then he figured they should give him a chance. “Psyche just mindlinked me and said Sabnac is coming to help. He should be here soon.” Nyx, Helios, Andrew, and Hermes all gasped in surprise. “Who is Sabnac?” Selena asked. They were in the office trying to come up with a plan of attack. “He’s one of the scariest demons in the underworld. He and Psyche trust each other, though. He's the one who killed her sisters.” No sooner did Jameson finish speaking than there was a loud knock on the front door. “That’s probably him now,” Andrew said as they all stood up, left the office, and went to the front door. Polly and Trisha stayed in front of Selena. They wanted to see the demon for themselves before they tru
Jameson arrived at the palace at the same time he received a mindlink that the sisters were dead, Psyche was alive, and she was back with Eros. He sighed in relief as he approached the palace gates where guards were watching him. “Hello, my name is Jameson. Andrew is expecting me,” he said with a smile. The guards didn’t say anything as they mindlinked Gunnar. When they opened the gates, he bowed to them slightly. “Thank you, good men,” Jameson teleported to the palace doors. He could have done that to begin with, but he didn’t want to cause any unnecessary alarm. Just as he was about to knock on the door, it opened and Andrew walked out. “I’m glad you could make it. Please come in. I let everyone know you were coming.” Andrew led him inside, and Jameson’s eyes went right to the two pups who were standing front and center in front of everyone else. He was taken aback slightly as they glared at him. “Andre
Sabnac could feel the two sisters' fear and it fueled him like gasoline. He walked toward them, but they were too scared to move. Sabnac looked at Psyche. "I need you to stay out here. I don't want you to die too." She looked at him in surprise. "I'll be honest, I'm surprised you care." She replied as they stopped walking. Sabnac winked at her. "I typically wouldn't, but you've always been kind to me and treated me like a person. No one in any realm has done that. You're a good person Psyche, and you deserve to be happy. Those two witches don't deserve the same. Please stay here." Psyche nodded and stayed where she was while Sabnac continued toward her sisters. When he was only a few yards away, they ran into the house and slammed the door shut. Psyche smiled as she watched him kick in the door. She never judged people based on rumors, she liked to form her own opinions of them. Those from the underworld deserved the same respect as everyone else. Sabnac was a ruthless demon,
Psyche watched her sisters in the courtyard outside her window. Everything was coming to a head, and it was time to act. They had taken too much from people all their lives. She wished she had seen them for what they were a long time ago. If she had, she would have killed them. Jameson was with her. He knew Psyche was ready to stop them before they got to Selena and the others, but he was nervous. Aglaura and Cidippe had people working for them. Even if they killed the sisters, the ones they hired may not stop attacking. "Can you mindlink Andrew?" Psyche asked him as they continued watching the two women below. "Yes, what do you want to tell him?" Jameson asked. Psyche looked at him and smiled sadly. "Tell him my sisters won't be a problem much longer. I'm going to take care of them myself. It may cost me my life, but if it saves Selena, then it's worth the sacrifice." She said, turning back to the window. "What's your plan?" He asked. "They want to poison everyone, s
