As the rest of the day passed on and the light began to fade from the large windows, he watched Kelly continue to play on her phone. It had been three months since they got married, and now it was time for Benton's birthday. He was turning 34, and he knew at that time that a few months ago, he would have never really put any stock into how old he was. Now he realized that he was ten years older than his wife.
