The day the doctors let Kelly stand up for the first time, Benton had walked in the room as she was trying to shuffle across the floor. That was when he realized that she didn't have any clothes. She was still in a hospital gown though she had changed numerous times, and she had to been in the shower though that was a problem for the doctors and nurses because of her rampant fear of water. Benton knew that she was becoming more drained by the moment. She and a few times, and she even stretched her back in a way he hadn't seen her do before. Just sitting there for any period of time was putting pressure on her spine that she hadn't had there in a while. It had been three months since they got married, and now it was time for Benton's birthday.
