I quietly watched her while I lounged on the couch, one arm draped over the back with the top buttons of my shirt undone. A lazy smile played on my lips as I watched her pour her heart into the song.

“Oops, I did it again.”

I lost count of how many songs she had sung by now.

After our dinner at the seafood restaurant earlier, she suggested we hit up a karaoke bar.
