Reyna’s body shook as the sobs wracked through her body. She couldn’t believe she had fallen into yet another deceitful trap set by Nicholas and Olivia. She had been foolish enough to allow herself be ridiculed by the same people who had once caused her a lifetime of heartbreak and suffering.

Aunt Mildred just held her heartbroken niece as she cried in her arms, rubbing her back as she allowed her to let go of all the emotions that were sweeping through her body. Of course she had seen this coming and had warned her niece about it but then, the heart wants what it wants and young love can be foolish. She had only hoped that whatever would finally bring her to her senses wouldn’t eventually break her.
