The Big Deal

At Tim's House

After the President of the Sparkling Diamond Exchange paid for the consignment, he was still troubled and called Tim back. He informed him that he was scared to be in Canterbury if Sgt. Young did not approve of the transaction. Tim tried to discourage him from every fear but he was not convinced.

At that point, George walked in to get the details of the activity at the field that day. He met Tim persuading someone over the phone and he sat down on the couch.

When Tim could not convince him to come over, he said to him, “I will get back to you in a short while.”

“It is all right,” the President said and cut the call.

Tim faced George and gave him the details of their movement of the consignment to the airport, how he got the details of the buyer up to when he sealed the deal.

“Wow! It must be a hectic day for you,” George pointed out.

“You are right but it is worth it.”

“Yes. You achieved a lot. Congratulations.”

“Thank you but there is a problem,” Tim stated.
