He walked down from the stage while the people were clapping and headed for his seat. Nevertheless, Capt. Bolton stretched out his hand to him and they shook hands.

“You did excellently well,” he complimented him.

“Thank you for your support,” he said and took his seat.

The other managers did the same and they stole the day by their level of cooperation and respect for a junior soldier.

“How can they respect their junior like this?” A Head of State asked his neighbor.

“He must be a good leader to earn their respect,” his neighbor remarked.

“Whatever. I don't think I will be humble to work under my junior,” the Head of State pointed out.

“That makes the two of us.”

The occasion continued. At that point, Tim had sent a message to His Excellency informing him of the arrival of Intimidation and how he had handled him.

“That is good of you,” he replied to Tim and informed his Second in Command.
