Chapter Eighty-three

ELSA'S POV

After Nia had left I decided to take a bit of rest and make my back comfortable by laying down, but even though my back was no longer hurting from hunching for a few hours straight I just didn't feel the peace I thought I would. My mind kept on going to Elton and the revelation we had both made. Not like we knew we had something that deep and tragic in common. I still had the idea to catch the people that killed my parents and some people around them at the top of my to-do list and I didn't know if he was thinking in that direction too. I prayed he would. I carefully slipped on my sandals and straightened my cloth with my hands which surprisingly adhered to my command and immediately straightened them, making them look as good as new. I smiled at the dress, even though I had zero reason to at the moment.
