Chapter 100

Third POV.

“I should have known that you little fellows didn’t summon me 'cause you missed me. You always do that when you need something from me,” the old man said as he pouted and pretended to be angry as he was wronged.

“How can that be Grandpa? We miss you but we have been so busy. I am sure you do know what has been happening over here since grandma always looks after us,” Leila said as she tried to make the old man feel better.

“Oh, my dear princess. Where is that man who thinks so highly of himself? Does he think that I can’t kill him?” The old man asked coldly but Elana snorted while Leila started shedding tears since she had always felt that no one loved her except for her sister and brother-in-law.

Hearing her grandfather’s words, she couldn’t help but feel warm.

“Grandpa, can you please stop pretending? If you cared about her then why didn’t you show up even though it happened two weeks ago? Did you have to wait till we summoned you?” Elana said disdain evident in his voice.
