Third POV.

Although Aiden did not reply to what Jordan had said or glance at him as he walked away, Aiden had heard his words.

He knew that Jordan did not tell him that because he was defending Leila since they weren’t close as he was close to him.

He closed his eyes as he wondered what he had done.

All these while, he had witnessed them practicing although they didn’t see them. He had always kept a close eye on them cause he was afraid that either of them would disappear just as his dad did.

Despite that, he never thought that Leila could go to such lengths to help everyone to strengthen themselves to save his people. He also had to admit that she was the perfect Queen for both him and the kingdom.

Any more dissatisfaction could lead the council to strip him of his position and he didn’t want that when his father came back, he would find their family wasn’t ruling anymore.

Thinking of this, he let out a deep sigh as he made a decision.

He stood up and walked upstairs.

When he approach
