It was still very early the next morning when yet a second loud knock at the door of my sleeping chamber rudely awakened me. I quickly put on a robe – my fears going to worst possible scenario going through my mind. Of all the bad things I have learned when it comes to North and early morning news the two go hand in hand.

“Come in,” I said myself up in anticipation of what was to come.

The door was opened slowly making a screeching sound and from behind it emerged Kloss’s beta,Marcus. His expressionless face which he always maintains was furrowed with concern the moment he saw me, and alerting me.

“I hope you don’t mind me waking you at this early hour Luna Sheila, forgive me,” he said in a manner that impressed her with his formal politeness. However, there is something wrong, and he needs you in his study right now,” Alpha said hastily.

I nodded, swallowing hard. “I will get there immediately Marcus. Thank you. ”

The moment he was out of sight I quickly washed a
