A bad idea

“Should we retire for now?” Li Wei muttered as he stared at the chessboard. They have been playing for almost thirty minutes since their first born had gone to bed. “It’s already late, honey!” He spoke again and Lihua moved her chess piece before staring at her husband.

“Would you like some milk?” She questioned before raising from her seat. Li Wei nodded his head and extended his hands to pick the chess piece. “I’d love to. Thank you honey.”

Lihua proceeded towards the kitchen to make two cups of milk while Li Wei tidy the table they had used.

As soon as Lihua finished making their beverage, she went back to the table where she saw her husband staring at the window of the plane. “A penny for your thoughts?” She asked while placing Li Wei’s cup on the table. The woman then sat back on her chair while staring at her husband.

“I was thinking, once we arrive in France, where do yo
