Connor was told on the phone that Carolina was home, "Someone brought her back home, she looks so pale and sick" the maid reported.

Connor was furious at Carolina but it was not the right time and place to express his anger, "Take her to her room immediately and call the family doctor to attend to her at once" he ordered.

"Yes Alpha" the maid concurred, "And as for who brought her home. Make sure he doesn't live in the mansion. Keep him, hostage, until I have returned. If I come home and learn the person had left, then all of you at home will pay dearly. I am on my way" Connor ordered and took the phone off his ear.
