CHAPTER ELEVEN: POPPY WITH THE LEE FAMILY

Beside Mom sat Poppy, positioned to her left, while Dad was seated on her right. Across from them were Chloe and me. When Summer finally arrived, looking neat and well-dressed, she took a seat next to Chloe and began filling her plate with food.

Mom, on the other hand, was focused on Poppy, serving food onto her plate. "Did you wake up your brother Love?" she asked Summer. But before Summer could respond, we heard the familiar footsteps of Love approaching.

"Good morning," he greeted softly as he sat down beside me.

Poppy's eyes shot wide as she spotted Love, and we couldn't miss her audible gasp. Her eyes darted between us, clearly puzzled by our uncanny resemblance. I could almost imagine her shock if Hope were also here—it would be a real double-take moment.

Summer, amused by Poppy’s reaction, took it upon herself to explain. "Faith and Love are twins, that’s why they look alike."
