I had an OB appointment this morning so I switched my work times up today. Tim was in the waiting room with me. It’s been over a month since I found out I was pregnant and today I was supposed to have my first ultrasound. I was super excited but nervous too. I could hear Will’s chair scrape against the floor as I ran out of the room. Another month had passed and I was about to finish my first trimester of pregnancy. Part of me was super relieved and the other part was scared to death. I had to tell Jared… soon. It was no surprise when we got to the restaurant later that night that the entire place was booked out for just us. After the doctor’s updated us about the completion and succession of Sarah’s first phase, I asked Will to take me home so I could nap. I found it hard some days to not take at least 30 minutes if not an hour during my day to relax and sleep. I was guessing it was all about my body doing so much extra work for the baby.
