Chapter 71
The driver of the white Toyota Camry who crashed Sam's car beat the red light. Mrs. Wilson called Sam’s attention but it was too late already.
Sam‘s mind went blank when she glimpsed at the car about to slam her car.
It happened so fast that the Toyota Camry rammed into her passenger’s side. The impact of the collision was tremendous and the smash itself was very disorienting. It’s very loud.
After the crash, there is a moment of silence. An extreme silence like a piercing sound in one’s ear. Everything becomes still and quiet right after the clash.
Nonetheless, Sam’s mind was in chaos. Several questions run through her head.
‘What just happened.....?’
‘Am I still alive....?’
‘My mom!’
The moment she recovered her senses, she slowly turned her head. She glanced at her mom on the passenger seat and saw her unconscious with blood on her entire face.
