CHAPTER NINETY-FIVE

Noah's Pov

I stood frozen in shock as my eyes stared in disbelief. I couldn't move, and for almost ten seconds, as my breath seemed to hang from the ceiling like the chandelier in the middle of the room.

I stared confused, having my eyes gaze on a dark crescent with four spheres riddled over seemingly a million canvases. My mind ran insane with thoughts, and I stood there, stopped in my tracks even though I had walked into the room.

The sight before me suddenly disabled my sense of time, as I found myself rooted in space; blinded by what I never expected to see. I was tone deaf as all I now heard was only the revolving wheel of questions powering through my consciousness like a steam train.

I moved my eyes, too bombarded to move anything else, glancing around the room, and seeing only walls of white covered in black lines. There was nothing else in the room. No chairs. No table. No bed. Nothing. It was just a white room filled with vague-detailed illustrations.
