I watched her reaction but if I was thinking that was enough to flatten her, then I was mistaken. Aside from being a good sales officer in the company, I will give her a mark in persistence too. Probably one of the criteria that made her a good salesperson.

“Yes but I would like to have some words with you.” She persisted with a defiant gaze and I would have admired her tenacious spirit if I did not dislike her so much.

I did not fail to notice the indolence in her voice as she ended her words with no form of respect in them.

“I want to believe you are smart enough to know I came all the way here for a special reason, don’t you? I will advise you to make an official appointment with my secretary if you want to see me and if your reason is good enough, why not?” I finished coldly before moving away from her, knowing full well that the last thing she would do was to come to my secretary.
