A few minutes later, Vicky sat on the bed and looked at the patient who was still smiling. “Why are you smiling so brightly?” she asked when she felt calmer. Aurora responded, “Because surely my bright smile can help you with your anger, right?” Vicky didn’t know if she was supposed to laugh, cry, or knock the girl sitting in front of her. Vicky looked into her friend's eyes; her blue eyes were truly captivating, giving anyone staring into them the feeling of drowning in the ocean.

She stared at Aurora’s face, which didn’t betray any emotions. It made her think that she was the one suffering, and Aurora was the one trying to comfort her. She clenched her hands; seeing Aurora unaffected made her angry. Her voice came out as a whisper, but only they could understand. “Don’t you feel angry about it? Why are you sitting there as if none of this bothers you?” As she asked, her voice rose.
