Logan's P.O.V

I opened my eyes to a fire burning brightly in the dead of night. My head felt heavy and my limbs ached badly. My thoughts were messed up and jumbled as I tried to recollect the events of the past hour or so.

It was when I tried to move that I realized I was tied with my hands behind my back. My feet where bonded too and I was in a sitting position with my back against a tree.

I struggled against my bonds but they proved to be too strong for me to break loose. My memories began to flood back immediately and I remembered strolling through the woods with Elena. At some point Elena had disappeared and I was taken.

I could clearly remember the iron punch that had knocked me off cleanly. It was too dark and my senses were dulled by the effects of the wine I drank so I could not even see who was powerful enough to knock me out with a single punch.
