Chapter 104

Ethan's P.O.V

Almost immediately Mila finished speaking, a pack guard badged in with urgency and alarm all over his face. "Alpha... Ethan..." The man stuttered breathlessly.

I didn't need him to say much, I turned immediately. "Brian with me." And then I turned to the guards. "Keep an eye on her." I motioned to Mila.

Together, I and Brian ran out of the dungeons and headed straight for the car packed outside. We got in immediately and Brian took the wheel, driving as fast as the car could carry us.

We arrived at the infirmary and right from outside I could see the chaos that had raged on at the place. The door was broken while dead or wounded pack guards laid on the floor.

I entered the infirmary and was met with an even gross sight. Some of the healers were also wounded. With a pang I remembered that Emily was brought here too.

I quickly ran through wards trying to find her and luckily I did. She was in a ward far from the one that was holding the assassin and by the look of it,
