Gianna's POV
I went to my room immediately I said those words leaving Dane in shock. He didn't stop me but I felt his eyes on me the whole time causing a sway in my movement as I made my way to my bedroom.
Letting out a long and frustrated sigh, I made my way to the bathroom and washed my face and teeth. Just when I was about to climb into bed, a loud knock made me halt in my movement and I muttered words under my breath before I opened the door.
Opening the door, I saw Dane standing there with his hands in his pockets staring at me like I had done something to him.
Raising my brows with my arms folded against my chest expecting him to say something but he just remained mute. I was beginning to get irritated with his silence plus I was standing for too long when I was supposed to be in bed resting my tired bones.
"Did you really mean what you said out there?" He asked as he pulled his hands out from his pockets and crossed it over his chest.
