The pain in Uriah's eyes was unbearable, and it tore me apart to see her in such agony.

I held her close, trying to offer whatever comfort I could, but I knew that nothing could truly ease her heartache until we had our son back.

"I can't bear to see her like this," I confided in Anya, feeling the weight of responsibility weighing heavily on me.
